UNBELIEVABLE: The Chase’s Anne Hegerty makes INTERESTING CONDITIONS to join I’m A Celebrity All Stars

ITV’s Anne Hegerty has revealed she would return to I’m A Celebrity… South Africa under one specific condition.
The television quiz expert has remained a central presence on the ITV programme The Chase since 2010, establishing herself as one of the longest serving Chasers.
Recognised as The Governess, she also features on the Australian edition of the programme.
However, Anne’s television appearances have extended beyond quiz programmes, with notable contributions elsewhere on ITV.

In 2018, the 67 year old established herself as a fan favourite during her stint on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Despite early difficulties in the jungle environment, she emerged as the fifth contestant to depart the programme, earning widespread support from viewers.
Now, Anne has revealed her stance regarding potential future reality television participation. Speaking exclusively to Reach, Anne declared: “I’ve kind of done the biggest one there is and I can’t dance, I just absolutely cannot dance.
“I’ve said that I would do I’m a Celebrity All Stars only if John Barrowman does it as well. I love John Barrowman, he’s a great friend and I want him back on TV.”
The celebrity edition of I’m A Celebrity, titled I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, reunites some of the most unforgettable contestants from earlier series as they return to the legendary camp to face themselves against fresh trials and challenges in the South African bush.
This month ITV announced the second series of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa is scheduled to broadcast in 2026 after its tremendous popularity in 2023.
A statement from ITV confirmed: “Campmates have already proved that they can survive the Australian jungle, but this is I’m A Celebrity… on a whole new level, it’s where legends are made. The trials are tougher than ever and with that, so are the stakes.
“With relentless twists and turns, the campmates will never know what’s coming next. They will be faced with challenges at every turn, quickly learning that with big decisions come even bigger consequences.”

Throughout her jungle stint, Anne was witnessed discussing her autism openly as she became emotional, confessing she might struggle to cope with remaining in the camp.
Nevertheless, her fellow contestants gathered round to provide encouragement whilst viewers also flocked to social media to commend the celebrity.
At the National Diversity Awards in Liverpool on Friday (September 19), she spoke candidly about her autism, revealing: “Being in the limelight is fine, being at something like this is fine as long as people actually want to talk to me I’m not just stumbling around looking baffled.”
