UNBELIEVABLE: Tom Read Wilson SHARES his biggest fear and biggest weakness in THE JUNGLE
I’m A Celebrity‘s Tom Read Wilson opened up about his low point that viewers didn’t see on-screen – as well as what scared him about entering the jungle.
Celebs Go Dating star Tom, 39, finished as the runner-up behind new King of the Jungle AngryGinge.
Following his jungle exit, the fan favourite revealed some surprising insights about his I’m A Celeb journey.

At one point, Tom and five fellow campmates were sent to stay in the gloomy, basic Doomsville camp after losing head-to-head challenges.
He broke down in tears following their arrival, in emotional scenes, with the group rushing to comfort him – but his full reasoning didn’t make the cut.
Tom told Daily Mail: ‘There was something very hard about that first day in Doomsville.

In his final Bushtucker Trial, Tom tackled the show’s iconic eating challenge to win main courses for the finalists’ banquet
‘Actually, I don’t attribute it at all to Doomsville, I adored Doomsville. It was so intimate and the creek was so pretty.’
He added: ‘It just happened to coincide with my arriving there and I got very sad.
‘I think it was because I suddenly became aware that it wasn’t Alice Through The Looking Glass. Life outside wasn’t paused, it was going on.
‘I couldn’t stop thinking about it – and I got awfully blue. But I was really bolstered by that group.’
Elsewhere, Tom revealed the surprising thing that had daunted him about entering the jungle.
He said: ‘Weirdly, the things I was most nervous about were not really the spooky things. It was more… not being able to sleep.
‘I was really worried about sleeping very fitfully and then being a little bit thread-bare and a little bit below par. It was that kind of thing.’
Viewers will recall Tom was a late arrival to this year’s camp, debuting as a Chief Explorer alongside Vogue Williams.
He soon won over I’m A Celebrity’s audience and managed to reach the final two on the ITV show.

It saw a staggering 13 million votes cast in the final – the highest amount in at least a decade.
Speaking to Joel Dommett and Kemi Rodgers on ITV2 after show Unpacked, Tom said: ‘It’s a really truncated time in one way, by number of days.
‘But if you tot up the waking hours, it’s probably more time than you’ve spent with your nearest and dearest in the last year.’
He added: ‘We get so much exposure to one another and get to know each other so intimately.
‘I was surprised how intimately. And I was surprised by the things I was saying.
‘I’ve always regarded myself as a private person, but I was disbosoming about everything.’

Runner-up Tom was a good sport as he celebrated AngryGinge’s win in Sunday’s grand final on the ITV show
Writing online, viewers shared their disappointment that Tom hadn’t won the series, with one penning: ‘Aw no way. I definitely think that Tom should have won but there ya go!’
Another added: ‘#ImACeleb Tom should’ve won. It wasn’t fair.
‘The Ginge fellah has already got a massive following on tick tock and they would’ve voted for him. Tom, what a magnificent human being.’
‘Well I’m definitely not watching next years, undeserving winner Ginge, should have been Aitch, Tom or Shona, not some moaning streamer’, a third commented.
A fourth chimed in: ‘Have to admit I’m disappointed Tom didn’t win. #ImACeleb’
