Her concern grows as she presses him for answers, convinced that a simple phone call could rekindle something meaningful. But Linda is blindsided when Phil finally opens up, revealing the painful truth behind their silence — a revelation that leaves her shaken and forces her to question whether she’s helping or simply meddling in something far more complicated than she realised.
