The New England Patriots legend has won a staggering six Super Bowls throughout his glittering 50-year career.
However, the North Carolina Tar Heels coach left fans worried in a viral video that made the rounds on Tik Tok.
Belichick was shown at times swaying from side to side as his girlfriend Jordon Hudson held his hand and walked in front of him.
The couple were spotted heading to the UNC-Duke men’s basketball game on the University of North Carolina campus.
Belichick appeared to lumber towards the Dean Smith Center as Jordon, 24, held tight.
Concerned NFL fans stormed social media after watching that clip on Tik Tok.
One fan asked: “Is he ok ?”
