Meghan Markle has a winning formula with her upcoming podcast, according to a media expert.
The Duchess of Sussex delighted fans when she announced her new project, Confessions of a Female Founder. She’ll be teaming up with Lemonada Media to create the podcast and will be having “candid conversations” with successful businesswomen.
Meghan has received criticism for her previous endeavors, but PR expert Ryan McCormick believes the podcast could win over her haters. Speaking to The Mirror US, he said, “From a PR perspective, Meghan’s new podcast could be a big hit and even capable of winning over some of her fiercest critics.”
McCormick explained, “Markle asking successful female entrepreneurs to share their wisdom offers great value to listeners. If people feel confident and inspired after each episode, the Duchess will be embraced.”

The expert suggested Meghan will also be able to “elevate her brand” by aligning herself with high-profile CEOs. McCormick added, “Yes, there are other programs that follow a similar formula but, this a golden opportunity for Markle to establish her own unique interview style.”
Meghan announced her new podcast on Instagram as she said, “I’m so excited to share with you something else I’ve been working on: “Confessions of a Female Founder,” my new podcast with @lemonadamedia.” She continued, “I’ve been having candid conversations with amazing women who have turned dreams into realities, and scaled small ideas into massively successful businesses. They’re opening up, sharing their tips, tricks (and tumbles), and letting me pick their brains as I build out my own business, As ever.”
The Duchess of Sussex concluded, “It has been absolutely eye-opening, inspiring…and fun! (Because what’s the point if we can’t have some fun on this wild adventure?) First episode is April 8th!”
There will be eight episodes of Confessions of a Female Founder which will be released weekly. It follows on from her Archetypes podcast which was released on Spotify.

Through my friendships and relationships, we’re able to dive into the type of insights that everyone wants to know as they’re building a business, and that I’m able to tap into as I’m building my own business with As ever.”
Lemonada’s CEO and co-founder, Jessica Cordova Kramer added, “As female founders ourselves, Steph and I are grateful to get a chance to build alongside Meghan the exact podcast we needed when we started Lemonada.”

She creates a comfortable space for her guests to bring fascinating personal stories to the table and open up in a way they likely haven’t before publicly. Listeners can expect conversations that are way more break room than boardroom.”
