Sheinelle Jones, 47, remains absent from the Today Show as she continues to manage a personal family situation that began late last year.

In a recent interview, Carson Daly, 51, said: “We talk about her almost every day. We’re all thinking of her and sending our best.” While no return date is known, her co-hosts are giving her all the space she needs.

Dylan Dreyer, 43, added: “We check in with her every week. We’re always praying for her and waiting for the day she’s back.”

Fellow anchors like Al Roker and Jenna Bush Hager shared their thoughts too. Roker expressed appreciation for the fans: “She’s taking things one step at a time, and the audience support means everything.” Jenna noted: “This show is like a family—we truly care for one another.”

Back in January, Sheinelle shared a message on Instagram: “I’m taking time to focus on a family health matter. Your kindness means so much. I’ll see you soon.”

A close source clarified that the serious situation does not involve Sheinelle or her children — 14-year-old Kayin and 12-year-old twins, Clara and Uche — whom she shares with her husband Uche Ojeh.
