In the post, Kelly, 41, showed some snaps from the show, which is filmed in New York.
The pop star was joined by actor Leslie Odom Jr., alongside comedian Mike Birbiglia and an inspirational mom on a mission.
For the show, Kelly wore her hair down, and complimented her features with natural makeup.
She accessorized with plenty of jewelry, mixing gold and silver metal pieces with colorful beads.
The centerpiece of her look was a bohemian floral gown, which reached down to the floor in a patchwork print.
Kelly cinched in the fabric at her waist with a brown suede belt, emphasizing her huge weight loss and changed figure.
In the comment section, Kelly’s social media followers couldn’t believe her new look.
One person said: “Kelly. You look AMAZING!!!!!!”
A second added: “Oh our queen Kelly looking sooooo beautiful.”
“She looks amazing! What a transformation,” praised a third, along with a string of thumbs up emojis.
‘NOT DOING WELL’
Many commenters on the post gushed over Kelly’s transformation, after the star’s journey with weight loss.
One year later after the birth of her son, Kelly joined The Voice as a judge.
She later admitted to Glamour UK that she was at her heaviest point then.
Fans of the singer were stunned when she debuted a smaller figure in 2018, and Kelly claimed she changed her diet to foods organic foods.
Around that time Kelly said: “It’s when I’m fat that I’m happy. People think, ‘Oh, there’s something wrong with her. She’s putting on weight,’” she told Redbook.
“I’m like, ‘Oh, no! I’m sorry, but that represents happiness in my emotional world. For me, when I’m skinny is usually when I’m not doing well.”
SHRINKING DOWN
Despite previously suggesting she was happier when larger, Kelly recently gushed about losing weight while speaking to Jenna Bush Hager on Today.
The duo discussed changing clothes sizes, and Kelly admitted she “loved” slimming down.
“Ugh, I don’t fit into mine. I love losing weight but here’s the thing. Jeans are so hard, I feel like when you have a butt and a smaller waist,” Kelly said while the audience cheered her on.
Jenna questioned: “Do you want me to take you jean shopping?”
“I don’t want to go shopping,” Kelly said.
“Shall I just do what I do for Hoda [Kotb] and send you some jeans?” Jenna asked.
Kelly laughed, while Jenna said they’d “figure it out.”
