The legal b@ttl3 between Michael Strahan, former NFL star turned GMA host, and ex-wife Jean Muggli Strahan has become increasingly t3ns3. Jean now claims: “He had me followed around the clock” at her North Carolina home, where she lives with their twin daughters, Isabella and Sophia. Her lawyer, Shannon Rogers Simpson, said: “He b@tt3r3d her financially with lawsuits. That’s how determined he is not to pay the child support he agreed to ten years ago.”
Michael’s lawyers denied it sharply: “The idea she’s under surveillance is absurd and can’t be proven.” Michael, 48, fired back accusing Jean of a “pattern of m3nt@l @bus3 towards the kids”, skipping court-ordered therapy, and blocking them from sports events.
Now, Michael seeks full custody and asks the court to hold Jean in cr!m!nal and c!v!l contempt. If he wins, the girls would move to New York with him; Jean would get only limited visitation.
The couple married for seven years before a bitter 2006 divorce, where Michael was ordered to pay $15.3 million plus $18,000 a month in child support. Before that, he had two other kids with first wife Wanda Hutchins. Today, Michael is worth about $65 million from his sports and TV career.
