The woman who Steve Smith Sr. has been accused of having an affair with has seemingly broken her silence following her husband exposing the whole thing on social media.
A man named Tony Martinez took to X this Saturday to share screenshots of an alleged conversation between the former NFL wide receiver and his wife, whom he says met Smith while he was playing for the Baltimore Ravens.
The angry husband also shared a recording of himself calling Smith over the phone and letting him have it.
His wife, Nicole Martinez, has since made a curious statement, confirming an affair with Smith and adding private screenshots
“Hi, i am Nicole Martinez, though i wont be a Martinez much longer. You see, i have been cheating on my husband. And i have been doing so with thr very famous Steve Smith Sr. Pics attached for reference. I had him hidden under “3”, but thats been fixed,” she wrote.

She also confessed to having likely violated NFL rules as she’s a member of the Ravens’ marching band.
“My husband bought me a house. He stood by my side after i had been arrested twice for domestic violence. And this is how i repay him and our son. Theres plenty of messages here Steve. Crazy the kind of revealing messages a celebrity will send. Baltimore Ravens i am also a member of your team band. I believe i violated some fraternization rules by hooking up with Steve at the training facility.”
To be honest, it really doesn’t feel like this is Nicole speaking, and it appears Tony has taken control of her account. In any case, we now know who she is.

According to the couple’s wedding page, they met on Tinder in 2020 and had a son the following year after “unexpectedly” finding love and friendship.
They tied the knot later in 2021 and bought a new home in September after initially moving in together in 2022.
