Kyrie Irving led the Dallas Mavericks to a 106-98 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday with a stellar performance. Irving’s intense demeanor was evident throughout the game, as he engaged in some spirited trash talk with the Thunder’s Alex Caruso and Isaiah Joe.
The verbal exchange began during a play when Jaylin Williams attempted a drive to the basket and was fouled by P.J. Washington. Caruso stepped into the situation, which provoked Irving to respond instantly during the game.
“Bro, stop with all that extra sh*t,” Irving said.
Isaiah Joe then joined the conversation with a subtle jab at Irving, telling him, “Back the fck up.” Irving didn’t back down, retorting, “You’re not tough like that, n***.”
Caruso tried to step in, explaining, “Kai, I gotta stand up for my guy,” but Irving wasn’t having it. He responded sharply with, “Stop f*cking pushing us.”
With Luka Doncic sidelined due to a left calf strain, much of the responsibility fell on Irving’s shoulders. He delivered an all-around performance, finishing the game with 25 points, five assists, and five rebounds in 39 minutes.
Kyrie Irving Credits PJ Washington’s Guidance For Mavericks’ Successful Game
Following the Mavericks’ victory over the Thunder, Kyrie Irving took a moment to commend PJ Washington for his leadership on the court. He highlighted how Washington’s presence and guidance motivated the team throughout the game.
“When he’s out there and he’s talking to us. He just always reminds us that we should take it to the basket, keep attacking. Let’s just keep battling,” Irving said.
Washington contributed significantly to the game, finishing with 16 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. With this win, the Mavericks improved their record to 23-19 for the season.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has been accused of being a serial cheater who makes women sign non-disclosure agreements before getting involved with them.
James has kept a squeaky-clean reputation since he was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003. But, every now and then, someone comes out with claims of infidelity.
The latest such accuser happens to be podcaster Sofia Franklyn, who has asserted that LeBron, as well as actor Leonardo DiCaprio, get their associates to make contact with women, who are then asked to sign NDAs once they agree to hook up.
