While the 2025 NFL regular season is still months away, Adams appears to be in game day shape. The popular NFL host is going viral for her latest photo, which she shared on social media.

Adams has been with FanDuel for a couple of years. Her show has become must-watch for football fans.
Her show, “Up and Adams,” is described as “a one-hour sports television show on FanDuel TV and YouTube. Every day, Kay will give you her authentic, unfiltered opinion on the day’s biggest NFL topics.”
The show airs daily on YouTube at 11 a.m. E.T. Adams spends most of her time on the West Coast in California, though she travels a decent amount for work, too.
Adams has gotten into other sports, often delving into the NBA, college football and more. But the National Football League is her bread and butter and we can’t wait for it to return.
