Strictly champ Kelvin Fletcher is enjoying family time during the lockdown after the “disruption” that the dance competition brought to his home life.
The Emmerdale actor lifted the Glitterball trophy with pro partner Oti Mabuse in December before he headed off on tour at the start of the year.
Now, he says lockdown has given him an opportunity to relax at home with his wife Liz Marsland, above, and their children.
“After an intense four or five months of regular family life being disrupted, to be at the other end of the spectrum, where I’m constantly at home, in a weird way, it couldn’t have come at a better time for me and Liz, and for the kids,” he says.

The couple, who married in 2015, have two children Marnie, four, and one-year-old Milo.
Kelvin, 36, pictured partying with Oti until 3am during the tour, tells Hello! magazine: “We look back on the whole Strictly experience fondly, one we experienced as a family together.

“We’ve been together for many years and we’re so happy with each other, in our little bubble.”
He adds of the lockdown period: “I’m treating it as an opportunity to reset and have a longer post-Strictly holiday than expected.”
