Things got ugly during a live Pat McAfee show in Pittsburgh on Wednesday night, with a group of fans kicking off a brawl in the stands.
The former NFL star and host of ‘The Pat McAfee Show’ hosted his ‘Big Night Aht’ at PPG Paints Arena on the night, and it didn’t quite go as planned, as fans were recorded throwing hands.
The clip below shows a man in a black shirt getting sucker punched while trying to break up the fight and falling down the stairs before being hit repeatedly in the back of the head. He eventually makes it back to his feet and tries to hold his attacker.
Event security escorted the men out, but other people in the crowd kept throwing punches.

TMZ reports that no arrests were made, which is pretty surprising.

Pat McAfee’s event in Pittsburgh was a pretty big deal. It featured Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Shane Gillis, and Paul Skenes. Aaron Rodgers was also expected to attend but did not.
McAfee also addressed his role in spreading an internet rumor at the show and the criticism he’s received over it.
The rumor involves 19-year-old Kate Cornett, who was said to have had an affair with the father of Mississippi football player Evan Solis. McAfee was one of the people who amplified the false rumor, and he faced significant backlash as Cornett had to deal with threats.
He has since handed an olive branch to the families affected, vowing to do something to help repair the damage.
