Fans have a theory about why singer Ice Spice joined Taylor Swift at the 2025 Super Bowl – and it’s totally adorable. 

This year, Swift showed up to the game with her friend Ice Spice, as she joined her in her private box.

Swift, who donned a pair of white leather knee-high boots and an oversized white blazer, matched Ice Spice as she sported a white button-down shirt.

The Bad Blood singer was there to cheer on her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who is taking on the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday night.

Last year, the celebrity duo also attended the game together, and matched while wearing all-black ensembles.

And, although the pair hasn’t been seen together much since the Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers in 2024, some fans have a theory as to why Swift invited Ice Spice once again.

‘Ice Spice is Taylor Swift’s Super Bowl lucky charm,’ one person wrote on X.

Another agreed, ‘Some people have lucky clothes they wear, Taylor’s got Ice Spice.’

And, although the pair hasn’t been seen together much since the Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers, some fans have a theory as to why Swift invited Ice Spice once again

‘Ice Spice getting called to come to this game as a good luck charm is hilarious,’ someone else typed.

One X user shared, ‘She said Ice Spice you’re our good luck charm from last year, get your a** to the Super Bowl with me.’

‘Taylor is so smart for inviting Ice Spice. She might be their good luck charm,’ another chimed in.

However, it’s not looking good for the friends, as the Chiefs were losing by halftime.

Also joining Swift for the night were sisters Danielle and Alana Haim.

Swift’s attendance at the game comes just days after her boyfriend said that it was an ‘honor’ to have President Donald Trump attend the Super Bowl.

Trump is the first sitting president in history to attend the game.

‘It’s awesome. It’s a great honor, I think, no matter who the president is,’ the celebrated tight end responded.

However, a source told DailyMail.com exclusively that Taylor is not mad at her boyfriend for his remarks

‘I’m excited because it’s the biggest game of my life and having the president there — it’s the best country in the world — and that’s pretty cool.’

Swift and Trump’s animosity towards each other is well known, with the president, 78, even going as far as to publicly declare that he ‘hates’ the singer.

However, a source told DailyMail.com exclusively that Taylor is not mad at her boyfriend for his remarks.

‘Taylor is not angry at Travis for what he said,’ a source exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com. ‘Although Travis’s quote was taken as he supports Trump, this is not what Travis said at all.’

His comments come after Taylor endorsed Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.
