Princess Beatrice and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor have been accused of “deliberately” not following royal protocol.

Princess Beatrice and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor reportedly deliberately put on a display of “power play” a few years before the tensions between the disgraced royal and the family heightened. Although her fellow royals curtsied to the late Queen Elizabeth II on her 93rd birthday, Beatrice, 37, was reportedly seen offering a smile to her late grandmother instead of the traditional royal greeting.

According to body language expert Judi James, Beatrice and Andrew’s choice not to carry out the traditional etiquette shows signs they were already “deviating” from royal protocol six years prior. Speaking of Andrew and his eldest daughter, Ms James told the Daily Mail: “Beatrice clearly shuns the act of respectfully greeting the other royal women so studiously and emphatically and stands upright and stares as her grandmother passes and walks into the church.

“It gives the impression that Andrew is performing some status-leap frogging to define his own ‘special role’ in the family with a spot of non-verbal power play.”

Calling the move as “deliberately casual”, she added: “He makes a bee-line for the spot nearest the door so he and Beatrice can dart in right behind the Queen, leaving Princess Anne lingering to one side and his brother Edward right at the back of the royal line.”

GB News halted following William social media post

Prince William’s touching tribute to his mother Princess Diana caused GB News to stop their coverage this morning.

William posted the photo of him with his late mother this morning with words attached to the adorable picture of a two-year-old William and Diana: “Thinking of all those who are remembering someone they love today.”

GB News presenter Camilla Tominey told viewers: “Breaking news, Prince William has posted a previously unseen photograph of himself and his mother, Princess Diana, to mark Mothering Sunday.”

She added: “This year would have been his mother’s 65th birthday. The photo shows a young Prince William in a field of flowers, taken at Highgrove in 1985.

“And on that note, may I wish all the mothers a very happy Mother’s Day – I look forward to getting back to my own home, where I am sure my beloved children will have emptied the dishwasher and tidied up for me.”

Princess Beatrice set for huge snub?

Princess Beatrice could be set for huge snub by King Charles this year.

Reports suggest that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s daughter will not be invited to a huge royal event following the scandal engulfing her family.

Last Christmas, King Charles was praised for his kind nature after Beatrice and her sister joined the rest of the Royal Family at Sandringham.

However, this year, according to a royal commentator, things will be different for the York sisters, who will likely spend the special day away from Norfolk.

The Daily Mail’s diary editor, Richard Eden, claimed that “it’s very hard to imagine” Beatrice and Eugenie getting a Christmas invite for Sandrnigham this year.

He said on the Palace Confidential podcast: “Personally, I find it hard to imagine them at Sandringham, and certainly not on that traditional walk to church where they’re greeting the public, because that is, you know, the time when they’re saying, this is the Royal Family, you know, we’re on display.
