LeBron James and Stephen A. Smith (Photo via Twitter)
LeBron James has been arguing with Stephen A. Smith virtually. James, the league’s unofficial mascot, recently stated that most players are afraid of becoming the face of the league due to the extreme criticisms from the NBA media. Following this narrative, Smith and James have been at loggerheads online. But things spilled onto the court during the recent New York Knicks vs. Los Angeles Lakers game.
During a heated exchange, James seemed quite angry at Stephen A. Smith. While it is not known why exactly the two confronted each other, it seemed like it had something to do with Bronny James. LeBron James could be heard saying, “I don’t care bro, keep my son out of this.”
In reply, Smith did not seem to hit back at James with a reply. Instead, he was spotted shaking his head back and forth in a disagreeing stance. Well, coming to the game, the Lakers once again dominated proceedings as they won 113-109 against the New York Knicks. With the Lakers on a winning streak, the fans had all sorts of speculations to make regarding the James-Smith fiasco.

No sooner did the video go viral, fans flocked to the comment section with their take.
One fan said, “What did SA say?”
Another fan stated, “Doesn’t look remotely like that.”
A third fan opined, “Bronny’s getting a ring this year.”
This curious fan inquired, “Where’s this energy with skip?”
A user speculated that LeBron James might be on a business trip. The comment read, “Bron on a business trip.”
Lastly, a user chimed in, “Cringe. His son is literally a “professional” athlete. Stephen A is the anchor of a sports show.”
Thus, the heat between James and Smith seems to be taking a grim turn. With both personalities now visually angry at each other, how things pan out in the future remains to be seen.
