ITV soap spoilers for Emmerdale have revealed Robert Sugden (played by Ryan Hawley) is poised to secretly rendezvous with Kim Tate (Claire King), behind Moira Barton’s (Natalie J Robb) back, to sign over Annie’s Field.
However, Kim insists to Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) that their plans must remain under wraps. Sensing desperation from Kim, Robert declines to sign, leaving Kim frustrated. As he surveys Annie’s Field, Robert ponders why Kim is so fixated on this particular plot of land.
Meanwhile, Moira is filled with apprehension when someone from the water company arrives to inform her that the appeal has been rejected. She fears she may permanently lose her beloved Butler’s farm.
Moira is left facing a tough choice, but her partner Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) pledges his support, whatever her decision.
Will Moira have to let go of the land? How will she and Cain cope?
The pair have been going through a difficult time recently with Nate Robinson’s (Jurell Carter) murder, so this will be another crushing blow.

“Moira has seen the writing on the wall for the farm for a few weeks now,” Digital Spy reports.
“The latest news that the fine will stand seems to be the final straw. Selling up to Kim would be the last thing Moira would want as there’s years of animosity between them, but are things so desperate that she’ll have to consider it?”
