BBC’s Gabby Logan was given a telling off by Romesh Ranganathan as she joined his comedy show Parents’ Evening.
Gabby Logan received quite the telling off from Romesh Ranganathan on his show Parents’ Evening after making a dig. The comedy show is hosted by Romesh and his mum as they welcome celebrities who team up with a family member; the concept sees the parents guessing how many questions their grown-up children will answer correctly.
In a clip seen by Express.co.uk, Romesh and his mum Shanthi welcome Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Gabby Logan and Pete Wicks on Saturday, October 11.
Joining them are daughter Jasmine Guru-Murthy, daughter Lois Logan and Pete’s mum Tracy Wicks.
In the clip, Romesh tells the guests that when his mum tried the same round, she scored 0, and then asked the parents what they think their children might get right.

Gabby opened the bids and said she believed her daughter could get three right, Tracy said she would guess that Pete could get four – Pete’s face screamed that he did not agree – and Krishnan followed the pattern and went for five.
Romesh then went back to Gabby as she said she believed she was doing her daughter a disservice, adding: “For example, she would have definitely got Red Hot Chili Peppers. So if that’s the standard…”
The host immediately chirped up: “Don’t start taking shots at the game!”, as all members laughed at his reaction. He then made an additional dig at them all and said: “We have to lower it to make celebs look good!”
Elsewhere in the show, Pete was not impressed with his mum as she kept going in for a high number.

In another clip, Romesh tells Tracy that “10 is the bid to beat” and Pete is behind her saying “no!”, but as she decides to go for it the reality star starts shaking his head in disappointment at his mum.
Once he’s selected for the challenge, Romesh asks Pete how he’s feeling for the star to respond that he’s feeling “horrendous”, fuming “What is wrong with you?” at his mum.
On the show, if the child meets their parents expectations they win money for their chosen charity, but if they fail the money is split or lost.
The pair who win the most money in the episode goes onto a final round where they have the opportunity to double their winnings.
Romesh Ranganathan’s Parents’ Evening returns Saturday at 9.40pm on ITV1 and ITVX
