ESPN is taking some heat for their coverage of Taylor Swift on Saturday.
The pop sensation was in attendance when her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Chiefs played the Texans at home and enjoyed another win, as Chiefs played out to a 23-14 victory that saw them progress to the AFC Championship Game for the seventh consecutive time.
Prior to the game, ESPN cameras panned to Swift after showing a fired-up Kelce during the rendition of the National Anthem. And some fans did not appreciate it.
“If Swift is so good, why don’t she sing the National Anthem?!” one asked.
“How many times did they show Taylor Swift during the game so far? I saw 1 national anthem. I have a bet going,” said a second.
“Why in the NFL are they showing Taylor Swift during the National Anthem? She’s not on the team, last I checked,” a third inquired.
“Pre-game 👎 sucked. National Anthem 👎sucked. Showing Taylor Swift for the 5th time 👎sucked. Someone needs to start a new sports channel,” another user chimed in.
Taylor Swift Coverage Has Always Been An Issue
Networks have been taking heat over their coverage of Swift since she became synonymous with Kansas City, and it will continue to be the case as long as she keeps showing up to games.
This time around, the gripe was specific: Some folks felt ESPN had no business showing her during the anthem.
She probably won’t mind as long as the Chiefs keep winning.

Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson has emerged as one of the most prominent figures in women’s basketball. Her outstanding achievements and dominant performances on the court have boosted her confidence in her skills. However, this confidence has recently caused her some trouble, as NBA fans criticized her for a recent statement she made.
In a recent episode of the “Roommates” show, Wilson stunned both the NBA and WNBA by claiming that she could defeat New York Knicks star Josh Hart in a one-on-one matchup. Additionally, she predicted that the final score would be 11-8.
“Score would be 11-8, me. I’m not saying you gonna go scoreless, 8 to 11 is pretty solid. So, what do you think it’ll be, Josh?” Wilson said.
Although Josh and Wilson both had a good laugh during their conversation, Wilson’s comment stirred up the basketball community. “She’d lose 11-0 w him only playing w his offhand,” one fan said.
