Thompson had a stellar game, scoring 19 points, recording 4 assists, and grabbing 13 rebounds in a closely contested victory over the Grizzlies. During the post-game interview, he highlighted Green’s exceptional skills, but he also made a humorous comment about Green’s success.
“You see what Jalen did tonight? Unguardable… unless it’s me.” Thompson said.
The Rockets have made an impressive start to the 2024-25 NBA season. They are currently in a strong position in the regular season. After their recent victory against the Grizzlies, they hold the second spot in the Western Conference standings, boasting a record of 26 wins and 12 losses.

Amen Thompson and Jalen Green are consistently showing strong support for their team through impressive performances. During the 2024-25 NBA regular season, Green is averaging 21 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game. Despite a recent heated altercation with Tyler Herro, Thompson’s performance has not been affected; he is averaging 12.6 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game. In a recent interview, Vanessa Richardson asked Green about his developing chemistry with Thompson.
“He’s my brother. I love him. He comes in and is obviously an offensive threat, transition and in downhill. But on that defensive side, he helps a lot. He’s guarding the best player all the time, and it allows me to somewhat be involved defensively but really get going offensively.” Green said.
The Rockets‘ recent victory against the Grizzlies marked their fourth consecutive win in the 2024-25 NBA regular season. They will face the Denver Nuggets in their next game at Ball Arena.

“When I win the title, the sports thing is done. It’s gonna start [being] just a business. And I’m gonna pick with who UFC pays me more, I’m gonna fight, doesn’t matter who it’s gonna,” said Arman Tsarukyan and added, “After this fight, when I’m the champion, I’m gonna only think about money not to be like two-time champion or like defend ten times, I’m just gonna think of, like, money fights.”
Although Tsarukyan’s statement seems bold and confident fans didn’t actually have a similar opinion on the same. They went into the comments and had multiple things to say about the Armenian fighter’s claims.
