According to sources speaking with Cosmopolitan, Harry may be planning some major moves upon his return to the United Kingdom. Rob Shuter’s ShuterScoop suggests that the prince is setting the stage for “a fully functioning royal court in Britain” that will “rival” his brother, Prince William.

An insider claims, “He’s been playing the long game. Harry wants legitimacy. He wants to operate in the U.K. on his own terms-meetings, charitable work, high-level engagements-without being treated like a guest in his own country.”

Another source explains that for Harry, “This isn’t just about security. It’s about creating a separate royal ecosystem. He’s building a court, and he’s doing it carefully.”

The insider’s comments suggest that the Duke of Sussex is seeking to establish his own sphere of influence within the royal family.

His Majesty, King Charles III, has not seen his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, since the Platinum Jubilee in June 2022. Harry has maintained that it is not safe for his family to fly back to the UK without proper security arrangements in place.
