Taylor Swift fans are convinced that the singer is featured on Beyonce’s new album, Cowboy Carter, after spotting a clue in the background vocals of one of the tracks

Is Taylor Swift on Beyonce’s new Cowboy Carter album? Some fans certainly think so.

Many fans of the two starlets believe that Taylor Swift, the superstar singer-songwriter, can be heard on Beyonce’s newest hit, Cowboy Carter.

This big album from Beyonce, which is her eighth studio release, has 27 new songs that mix country and other styles with collaborations from stars like Dolly Parton, Miley Cyrus, and Willie Nelson.

But it’s a possible surprise featuring with Taylor Swift that has fans excited. The two have been supportive each other in the past. Beyonce and Taylor cheered on each others’ tour movies and even showed up at the other’s premiere.

Now, listeners are wondering if Taylor’s voice is hidden in Beyonce’s song Bodyguard on the Cowboy Carter album. Some people are saying they notice the sounds of “oohs” and “ahhs” that remind them of Taylor’s vocals in Antihero.

One fan was sure enough to post this on X, which used to be Twitter: “THAT IS 100% TAYLOR SWIFT ON BODYGUARD BY BEYONCE NOW GIVE ME A FULL COLLAB.”

Another user confirmed by adding: “SHE SOUNDS SO GOOOOD.”

“This would actually be fitting because lord knows Taylor has incredible artists like Lana on her tracks ONLY FOR THEM TO BE BACKING VOCALS! Beyonce said that’s all you get,” joked another.

Meanwhile, Spotify has wrote “pending” as the composer, leading some to believe Taylor Swift’s name could be listed there in the near future.

Additionally, someone spotted that lyric website Genius credits Taylor in the background vocals section of the song. “TAYLOR SWIFT IS CREDITED AS BACKING VOCALS ON BEYONCE’S SONG BODYGUARD,” penned one fan.

But the X community notes outlined: “This screenshot is from the website Genius.com, which allows the general public to contribute to song pages’ lyrics, annotations, and credits. It is not a reliable source. A source with knowledge of the situation told EW that Swift is not featured on Cowboy Carter”.
