Christine Lampard is keen for her and Frank Lampard to renew their wedding vows. The Loose Women presenter and the Coventry City head coach were “too lazy” to reaffirm their love and commitment on their 10th wedding anniversary (20.12. 25), so Christine is hoping to do it in her native Northern Ireland for their 20th anniversary celebrations.
When questioned about a potential vow renewal, the TV host – who wed Frank at St. Paul’s Church in Knightsbridge, London – told The Sunday Express newspaper’s Sunday Magazine: “I would!” We were 10 years married in December, though, so we missed the boat. We were too lazy. Do we wait for 20 years? I’d want a big celebration back home, and the kids could have a role; they’d love that.”

Christine and Frank are parents to an eight year old daughter named Patricia and a four year old son called Freddie.
She maintains that the family are a “strong unit” – even with Frank frequently away from their stunning £10 million London mansion due to his work commitments.
Christine misses her husband – who was introduced to her by 60 year old broadcaster Piers Morgan at the Pride of Britain Awards in October 2009 – when he is not home, but added: “We’ve never known anything else. I motor on. Frank and I have been together 17 years now. We’re lucky in that we think the same way about most things.”

However, the couple do occasionally butt heads. She went on: “We never fight – only over silly things like how Frank can’t wash his hands without it looking like a tsunami’s hit!” And we have a proper laugh.”

Christine appreciates being able to balance her hectic work life with motherhood. The celebrity stated: “Frank obviously works away a lot, though he does his best to get back.
“My family’s in Belfast. If I had my mum and sister around the corner, it’d be very different. Honestly, I’d move back home one day. But I’ve found a good equilibrium between working and being a mummy, and I’m so grateful for everyday moments, like being able to pick them up from school.”
