Former NFL star Rob Gronkowski and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Camille Kostek have been dating for roughly a decade. Unsurprisingly, their love story has taken plenty of twists and turns over the years.
Kostek was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots when she met Gronkowski. They got romantically involved with each other shortly after meeting at a charity event in 2013. Since the All-Pro tight end wasn’t supposed to date a member of the team’s cheerleading squad, they had to have their first date undercover.
“Our first date was very undercover because I was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots and you’re not allowed to date the players but I was a bad girl,” Kostek said. “We went to the movies at Patriot Place in the lux level and we went with our hoodies up.”
Gronkowski and Kostek’s romance wasn’t always fun and mysterious. The latter revealed in a previous interview that she secretly broke up with him a few years ago.
“Rob and I have been together for many years,” Kostek said, via Page Six. “We’ve had our ups, we’ve had our downs, and we’ve been able to break up, do our thing and get back together and heal in different ways, and learn and grow through the years.”

Kostek, who graced the cover of SI Swimsuit in 2019, has become quite popular due to her work as a model.
On Friday, she left NFL fans speechless over her latest photoshoot on the beach. This time around, she posed for pictures in Montauk, New York.
“So beautiful,” one person said.
“Pretty,” another person commented.
This probably won’t be the only photoshoot featuring Kostek that goes viral this year.
Kostek has appeared in the past seven issues of SI Swimsuit. There’s a good chance she’ll be featured in the 2025 edition of the iconic magazine.
After all, Kostek has already been crowned a SI Swimsuit legend.
