BBC Breakfast star Naga Munchetty took a brutal swipe at her co-star during Friday’s live show
BBC Breakfast: Naga warns viewers about Destination X spoilers
BBC Breakfast star Naga Munchetty told her co-star to “do better” in an awkward moment. During Friday’s (August 29) episode of the hit news programme, Naga and her co-star Charlie Stayt updated viewers on the latest news from across the UK and around the world. Matt Taylor was also in the studio to deliver regular weather forecasts, while Mike Bushell presented the sports segment.
Elsewhere in the show, Naga and Charlie were joined on the red sofa by BBC health editor Fergus Walsh, who spoke about the NHS’ new plans for the chickenpox vaccine. However, talk soon turned to the rise in plant theft, with Fergus revealing that he hasn’t had any of his vegetation stolen.
“[Maybe] your plants aren’t impressive enough. I don’t meant to cast aspersions but maybe do better in the garden, Fergus,” Naga bluntly responded.
