“I’m no different from any other mom trying to juggle a demanding job while being a single parent,” Ingraham shares. “There are times during the day when I think I’m not doing enough, and that’s just part of the reality.”

Her day begins early, waking at 6 a.m. to prepare breakfast for her two sons, Nikolai, 14, and Dmitri, 16. She ensures her boys start the day with a hearty meal before heading off to school. Meanwhile, her eldest daughter, Maria, 19, is currently away at college.
After her morning duties at home, Ingraham carves out time for herself with a workout session. She’s a regular at Orangetheory, a boutique fitness studio known for its high-energy circuit training classes. With memberships starting at $129 a month, it’s a commitment that keeps her both physically and mentally sharp, setting the tone for the rest of her busy day.
“I’m not a great sleeper,” she admits, “but for me, exercise is the absolute key. I’ve always been athletic. Back in high school, I was voted class athlete by my entire class.” Staying active remains an absolute priority.”

Her commitment to health extends beyond exercise. Ingraham keeps hydrated, avoids alcohol during the week, and enjoys the occasional margarita.
