Meghan Markle has been exposed by a royal author amid her father Thomas Markle’s bombshell claim that his estranged daughter always wanted to be “a star”. Meghan’s dad, who has been estranged from his daughter since 2018, reportedly once told author Tom Bower about a conversation he had with her when she was aged just five.
According to Tom Bower, who recently celebrated the publication of his book Betrayal: Power, Deceit and the Fight for the Future of the Royal Family, Thomas Markle – who was previously a lightning director in Hollywood – once took Meghan to a red carpet event when she was a child.
Recalling the story on The Daily Expresso podcast, Mr Bower said: “Her [Meghan’s] father, who is a good man and she’s treated appallingly, told me of this instance when she was 5 years old.
“He was a very successful lighting director in Hollywood and he took her down the red carpet on some opening night. And she said ‘Daddy I want to do this, I want to be the star’. And that was it, she wanted to be the star.”

Meghan Markle is using an “in your face” ploy to “turn a profit” following her recent visit to Australia with Prince Harry, royal commentator Jennie Bond has claimed.
While the couple maintained a hectic schedule, dashing between Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra, the Duchess drew criticism for sharing outfit details on a shopping platform.
They participated in several engagements, including meeting survivors and emergency workers connected to the Bondi Beach shooting, delivering speeches and greeting large crowds.

King Charles and Queen Camilla land in the US after gunman storms Ͳɾυɱρ event
King Charles and Queen Camilla have arrived in the US for their state visit to mark the 250th anniversary of American independence.
Their Majesties landed at Joint Base Andrews, near Washington DC, at around 7.35pm UK time on Monday.
The King beamed in a navy suit, while the Queen wore a new pink Dior coat dress with a special Cartier brooch featuring crossed Stars and Stripes and Union flags, which was presented to the late Queen Elizabeth II by New York Mayor Robert Wagner during her state visit in 1957.

King Charles and Queen Camilla are keeping calm and carrying on with their long-planned US state visit despite a shooter allegedly taking aim at President Donald Ͳɾυɱρ less than 48 hours ago.
The White House are calling the incident at Saturday night’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner an attempted assassination of the US President, after a gunman tried to storm the ballroom where Mr Ͳɾυɱρ, the First Lady and other top officials were enjoying a black tie dinner.

The King’s US state visit will go ahead despite a shooting in Washington DC on Saturday.
Donald Ͳɾυɱρ and his wife, Melania, were rushed from the Hilton Hotel after gunshots were fired. An officer was injured while a man, 31-year-old Cole Allen, was arrested.
