An Escape To The Country buyer broke down in tears and walked off camera after an ‘unbelievable’ reveal left her ‘speechless’.

A recent episode of the BBC show saw train engineer Hemi enlist help from Nicki Chapman as she tried to find the perfect property in Dorset for £800,000.

During her search, Nicki took the mum-of-one to a 18th century converted chapel as one of her options.

Hemi couldn’t believe it when she first laid her eyes on the house and was over the moon when she found out it was under budget, with an asking price of £650,000.

‘I don’t believe it, I just don’t. I’m speechless,’ Hemi said.

The guest then had to walk away from the camera because of how emotional she got.

Nicki asked Hemi: ‘Are you seeing a future?’ to which Hemi replied: ‘Yeah.’

The other guest chimed in: ‘And this provides you with your forever home.’

Hemi couldn’t control her emotions as the tears poured down her face and she apologised to Nicki.

Nicki told her: ‘You’re allowed to. It’s emotional.’

Hemi said: ‘It’s unbelievable, I mean the angels have really, they’ve looked after us haven’t they?’

It comes after presenter Denise Nurse on Escape To The Country snapped ‘are you for real?!’ at a couple with the ‘biggest wish list in the show’s history’.

Married couple Steve and Mark had lived in Winsford, Cheshire for eight years and wanted to make the move to Cumbria.

They explained that they wanted a house with ‘plenty of space’ for their annual Eurovision parties,  space for party supplies, spacious kitchen, three bedrooms, an art room, two parking spaces, a garden and space for animals and many more.

The pair wanted to get all of this for a budget of £380,000.

The host revealed the list of requirements was ‘bigger than anything I’ve ever seen on Escape’.

When Denise met with Steve and Mark, she jokingly pulled out a long, paper list of all of their wants and needs.

‘Right you two, before we get started, I need to get to the bottom of something, this wish list,’ she quipped.

The couple looked on as Denise began to unravel the list and read: ‘Three bedrooms, want character, but also want light and airy, no pokey windows, spacious interior, social kitchen, kitchen big enough for island or butcher block.

‘Space to host Eurovision parties, hold on, space to store Eurovision costumes, we’re getting very specific now.

‘Space for Steve’s car, space for Mark’s car, access to a train station, access to a village or a town but not in the centre of a village or a town, of course!

‘Close to a pub, close to a second pub in case the first pub is closed, come on you two! Have you thought of everything?’

The couple laughed and said: ‘We’re quite sociable characters, you know!’

‘A post office nearby and an alpaca,’ she added before swiping, ‘Are you for real? I love big dreams, but this is quite a list.’

Steve and Mark joked: ‘There seems to be space there if you want to write anything else on!’
