“For my son, I had no other choice” – On air on Good Morning Britain, Scottish physics teacher Kirsty Buchan was unexpectedly revealed to be on 0nlyFans, sparking fierce controversy among UK viewers!

Good Morning Britain viewers were left appalled as a teacher struck off for her 0nlyFans account defended her @dult c0ntent on Wednesday’s episode of the ITV show.

Former physics teacher Kirsty Buchan, 34, appeared on the sofa to chat to presenters Susanna Reid, 54, and Richard Madeley, 69, about what happened in the events leading up to leaving the teaching industry.

Kirsty, who had been teaching for almost 10 years, left her job at the back end of 2022, after the school found out about her content, and this week was struck off the teaching register in Scotland.

Susanna was keen to know why she set up an 0nlyFans account, to which Kirsty said: ‘It’s such a long story, my son hadn’t been well. He was seeing a specialist at the hospital.

‘I’m a single mum. I had no help to watch him, my 0nly other help to watch him was my nana, who was going through c@ncer, radiation therapy.

‘I needed time off and they were going to dock my wages. So it’s not as if it was the only job I could have done. But it was the only job that would get me enough money to pay my mortgage, Christmas and my broken car.’

Richard asked: ‘How much were you making a month?’ to which Kirsty replied: ‘The most I got was almost £60k.’

Susanna wanted to know if she thought the kids would ever see the pictures that she posted online.

‘I did, we need to take responsibility, I knew the risks involved. I knew there was a risk, I spoke to my son about doing it. He’s 14 now,’ Kirsty said.

‘I knew there was going to be risks involved.  I used a different name, I’ve got my moniker, Jessica Jack Rabbit. I put a wig on, loads of make-up, that didn’t look like me.

‘I didn’t think I was going to get caught. The saying “good teacher gone bad”, a lot of people pretend to be teachers on the site. I didn’t think I would be caught. I didn’t think I would be famous.’

Kirsty said that the reaction from old colleges and kids was ‘supportive’, but did admit that seeing her in s3xy p0ses and und3rw3ar could hinder her job.

‘Yeah it would be harder to build a good relationship with new pupils.

‘The ones I already worked hard to build that relationship with,  I’ve still got that bond with them to this day,’ she said.

Susanna pointed out: ‘I think a lot of parents are worried, and teachers, are worried at the moment, about children in school looking at these kind of images, they’re worried about girls being encouraged to share racy images with boys at school.

‘Then you have a situation where a teacher is putting all of this online, and saying it’s role model behaviour.

‘I’m not sure whether parents and teachers would be able to accept that.

Kirsty said: ‘Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion.

‘At the same time I’ve not shied away from it. I’ve taken responsibility.

‘What I’ve taught is, your pictures can go out there. I’m not saying do this, I worked really hard to be a teacher. I went to university, two jobs while being a single mother.

‘I had to do this for extra money.’

The former teacher confessed that she wouldn’t go back to teaching because she ‘barely slept’ and there wasn’t enough money.
