Alison Hammond FORCED OFF AIR on This Morning – Dermot O’Leary and Lisa Snowdon Reveal her Health is WORSE than Expected, leaving viewers Deeply Worried!
Alison Hammond has shared an update on her health as she was forced to take a step back from This Morning.
The star presents the ITV show every Friday alongside Dermot O’Leary, but was absent from today’s episode due to hay fever. She was replaced by former model and presenter Lisa Snowdon.
“Alison is a little bit poorly today, she says it’s hay fever, but I think it’s more than that, I think it’s a bad flu,” Dermot told viewers.
Lisa added: “She sounded terrible and she doesn’t look her freshest either so she needs to rest. She’s had a major allergic reaction she looks and feels terrible so feel better soon!”
Meanwhile, Alison took to social media to explain her absence, telling her followers that she’s had “the worst hay fever” over the last few days.

“I don’t know what’s hit me, but it has hit me like a bus,” she said in a video posted to her Instagram Story. “So I’m just letting you know that I’m not going to be making This Morning today.”
She went on to explain that “the lovely Lisa Snowdon” would be serving as her replacement on the show and “looking after my lovely Dermot”.

Alison told fans she would be back on This Morning next week, assuring them that she was “fine” and receiving the proper care and treatment for her symptoms.
She shared her plethora of medication, including hay fever tablets, nasal sprays, eye drops, vitamins and tissues, as well as her electric robot hoover to help clean the house.
“I am fine, I’ll see you next week! Love you lots. Sorry I am not there today,” she concluded.
