Charles Spencer’s bombshell book reveals extraordinary message from the Queen to Princess Diana’s family
Charles Spencer has made another extraordinary revelation about Princess Diana’s final days, claiming the late Queen Elizabeth II was prepared to make a dramatic gesture towards his sister even after her death.
