The Pricey has inflated her bum again and shown off the latest results of the procedure sporting a barely-there pink bikini. The mum-of-five, 47, has been sunning herself in Ibiza where she revealed the results of her gravity-defying bottom – which displayed two large bloodied plasters – as the newly-injected filler begins to settle.

Katie whipped her top off as she lounged around by the pool under the Spanish sun and at one point was seen on all fours on a sun lounger with her painful-looking bum on display. She also showcased her extensive tattoo collection as she put her hair in a ponytail revealing a striking yellow manicure while larking around with a pink plastic flamingo in the pool.

The glamour icon, who told her fans at Portsmouth’s Pride performance last week that she wanted a “bigger bum”, met up with her famous pals in Ibiza, including EastEnders star Dean Gaffney. The Robbie Jackson actor shared a snap of Katie and footballer Jamie O’Hara as they partied the day away.

Katie was also seen alongside Wayne Lineker in a photo, as the club owner put his arm around his friend, who pouted and posed to perfection in her bikini.

The mum-of-five shared a video on Instagram recently where she revealed that she was back at a clinic. Katie told fans she was having another cosmetic procedure and revealed that she’d had filler added to her bottom.

Katie said: “So the bum is done! Here’s a little sneaky, beaky, booky!”

She then went on to show how round her bum looked post-procedure.

It comes after the Mucky Mansions star admitted that a botched Brazilian butt lift left her in severe pain and she vowed never to go under the knife in the UK again.

Speaking on Katherine Ryan: Telling Everybody Everything recently, Katie was asked whether there was am operation she regretted.

“The bum,” she replied, adding, “I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me.”

When asked where she had it done, Katie revealed it was in Turkey – and despite the ‘agonising’ experience, she’s still a big fan of jetting abroad for cosmetic surgery.

She said: “I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever. I’d always have it abroad.”

Katie sparked concern last week after taking to the stage showing off her tiny frame and eye-popping bum lift. The star has admitted to losing weight recently, saying it’s something she ‘wanted to do’.

However, in last Saturday’s snaps, the Pricey, who has admitted she suffers from body dysmorphia, sparked concern among her legion of loyal fans when she rocked up to sing at a Pride event in Portsmouth, sporting a tiny black thong leotard and jewel-encrusted crown.

Addressing the excitable crowd, who she told she was not wearing any underwear, she said: “I could have put some more clothes on couldn’t I! It’s bloody freezing out here. The next song is one of my favourite karaoke songs, you’ll all know it, it’s energetic but sing along.

She continued: “I’ve got no knickers on, so keep checking that nothing’s on show. I keep doing that in case a lip hangs out.”

After that bombshell, Katie also commented on her gravity-defying bottom, promising: “I’m going to get some more in it this week, I want a bigger, better butt.”
