Chantal Kreviazuk is taking a lot of heat for changing the words to the Canadian national anthem before the 4 Nations Face-Off final on Thursday night.
Kreviazuk sang “O, Canada” in front of a packed Boston crowd amid rising tensions between the U.S. and Canada and changed the line saying “in all of us command” to “that only us command.”
The tweak was a direct shot at American President Donald Trump, who has said on several occasions that the Great North should become the 51st state.
While some Canadians praised the bold move, others felt like the decision was disrespectful.
“You had one Job sing the national anthem so that others can sing with it,” a user wrote in the comments.
“DEI hire to sing? 🤷🏻♂️” another asked.
“The Americans must have been trolling us Canadians because that was the WORST anthem I’ve ever heard! She didn’t even know the f**ing words, she was out of tune, sang some weird a** notes, it was just horrible. Why couldn’t they get an actual Canadian to sing?” a comment read.

Angel Reese has reacted to news of Delta Airlines making an offer to the passengers of Flight 4819 following Monday’s crash at the Toronto Pearson International Airport.
The jet was attempting to land during extreme winds and was also faced with a snowy tarmac upon impact. It appeared to hit the ground way too fast before flipping over and skidding across the icy surface, belching a massive fireball.
The incident left passengers all hanging from their seats, but no one was killed.
All 76 passengers and four crew members were accounted for, but 21 persons reportedly suffered injuries and were hospitalized.

Delta made sure to state that there would be no strings attached to the $30K. Should all of the 76 passengers accept the offer, it would amount to a $2.3 million payout. But, should the ongoing investigation discover there was negligence or mechanical failures on the airline’s part, they could get hit with litigation.
Meanwhile, Delta CEO Ed Bastian has defended the pilots in question, as well as the safety protocols they undertook.
He reassured travelers that Delta flights, including those manned by regional subsidiaries, have a single level of safety.

“As a Black woman in the WNBA, we have our struggles in showcasing who we really are. A lot of agendas get pushed on a lot of different platforms that may shadow us. You work so hard, but you still have to work 10 times harder just to be seen. So when we can have our counterparts speak up, it speaks volumes to me because they’re in spaces where my path is never supposed to go. It’s crazy that we’re talking about that in 2025, but it’s real. We see those things as Black women. We see where people stand up and speak for us.
“I know [Clark] got a lot of backlash from that because obviously we live in a world where they don’t want that, and it’s exhausting. But imagine dealing with that and then having to go out and play every single night, having to constantly have to worry, How are they about to downgrade my resume now? What more do I have to do in order to showcase how elite and how serious I take my job? But I also do it with love and, passion, and fun. A lot of people don’t want to see me at the top, and that’s fine, but I’m gonna be there because I worked my butt off to get there,” she continued.
“I have a privilege in a lot of different ways. I can be in spaces where a lot of other Black women, white women, however you want to see it, are not—but that’s where I’m going to try to use my privilege of being a professional athlete to help others, because that’s what gives me my why. So claps, steps, all the in-between, because I know it’s hard to speak out on that. That’s why I try to speak out as much as I can, but people just see it a different way. That’s OK. I just want people to understand that when people can speak up about us as Black women in rooms that we may not be in, that means a lot. Because it’s a little piece of us in there—they can hold that door open for us to walk through. So I’m grateful.”
Caitlin Clark And Angel Reese have Been Put In The Forefront of The Race Debate

Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese were easily the top-2 most popular rookies during their first year in the league.
Race has been introduced into the conversation ever since their college teams went head-to-head during March Madness.
Unfortunately, their fan bases are unlikely to stop that racial divide anytime soon.
This is likely to be an ongoing theme until the two become good friends.

Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III has attracted some trolls after recording a curious skit with his wife this week.
Griffin, who worked at ESPN before The Worldwide Leader in Sports released him and replaced him with Jason Kelce last year, has previously gone viral for sharing odd posts with his wife, with that giant croissant one probably the most popular.
He was at it again heading into the weekend, sharing a video captioned, “When you accidentally take Melanin instead of Melatonin to fall asleep,” which shows his wife (who’s white) getting into bed and chewing a gummy before going to sleep then waking up as him.
As you can see, the ex-ESPN analyst went all out for this one, as he wore his wife’s clothing and everything.

Fans on social media had plenty to say, with one of them recalling the time Rob Parker referred to RGIII as “a cornball brother” in an old ‘First Take’ episode.

While many clowned RGIII over his new skit, there were several others who thought it was pretty funny.

Social media might be down incredibly bad as Lucia from Grand Theft Auto is going insanely viral.
GTA 6’s trailer 2 officially broke a record after the upcoming second look at the game, which has continued to take forever to come out.
GTA 6 broke the record for the longest wait between a first and second trailer for a Rockstar Games title ever.
Rockstar has built a rich world of criminals, lunatics, and thieves spanning from Liberty City to San Andreas and beyond. With GTA 6 on the horizon, fans have become ecstatic after seeing a picture of Lucia.
For those unaware, she is a female criminal in the game. Grand Theft Auto states that she did her time at a prison complex in the State of Leonida in the mid-2020s for an unknown crime.
As anticipation builds for the release of Grand Theft Auto 6, a picture shows Lucia stripped down to a two-piece bikini.
“They better have some awesome clothing to choose from. Gotta look cute while doing missions,” a second fan added.
A third fan knew they were no match for her: “If I was in a beauty contest against her, she’d get first place, and I’d get disqualified.”
“She’s beautiful, my sapphic heart can’t take it 🤧,” another X user added.
“not leaving my house anytime soon,” a fan stated about the impending release of the game.
“No arsenal, but ima be a gooner for sure, a sixth fan added.
One final fan added: “Anybody upset about a video game character needs to seriously reevaluate their life.”
Fans Have Waited A Long Time For Grand Theft Auto To Release New Game
After more than a decade of waiting, Grand Theft Auto VI is supposedly finally set to come out in 2025.
Despite their hopes for a release this year fading, the community remains engaged in hopes that a second trailer will be released in early 2025 and a release date of the actual game will come out.
With each passing day, the desire for more news grows stronger.
Hopefully, 2025 will give the fans what they so desperately want.
