‘THAT’S ENOUGH, I HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE’ GMA Host Michael Strahan Faces PUBLIC BACKLASH LIVE ON AIR with a SLOGAN TARGETING HIM – What’s The Real Reason Behind It?
Is Michael Strahan trying to trade the small screen for a life in the movies? Based on a recent interview, he just might be.
Back in February, Amazon MGM Studios announced that it had recently secured the rights for creative control of the iconic James Bond franchise. Michael actually sat down with Amazon CEO Andy Jassy on Good Morning America to discuss the future of the movie series, including who should become 007 next.
“Amazon recently acquired the James Bond franchise!” Michael said in a clip posted on Instagram on February 27. “Who do you think should play him?”
“Who do you think should play?” Andy responded back.
“You’re looking at him,” Michael added.

When fans saw Michael throw his hat into the James Bond ring, folks were ready to see it happen.
“Love this! Yes, Michael Strahan!!!!” one person exclaimed in the comments. “I’d support Strahan as Bond! Mike is awesome!” another exclaimed. “Why not him? It would be cool,” a different follower added. ” DO IT!!!,” someone else wrote.
While we’re not sure Michael convinced Andy, the CEO stated he just feels fortunate to be able to have any influence on future storylines for the franchise.
“I think we feel so lucky to have the opportunity to take the Bond franchise into the next generation,” Andy added. “We haven’t gotten that far yet.”
“I’m here!” Michael noted.

As fans know, the last person to play James Bond was Daniel Craig. He made his final appearance in the role in 2021’s No Time to Die, with plenty hoping various actors (like Sam Heughan, Henry Cavill, Jonathan Bailey and more) could all vie to get shaken — not stirred.
Looks like we’ll just have to keep an eye out for more details!
