Pro Football Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe is facing a lawsuit filed by a woman, accusing him of multiple instances of s3xual assault, battery, and misconduct.
The lawsuit, filed in Las Vegas district court, alleges Sharpe manipulated and controlled the woman over a two-year period, which reportedly began in 2023.
On Tuesday morning, Sharpe’s accuser released audio to TMZ that painted him in a terrible light.
The audio recording featured Sharpe saying, “Lord have mercy. If you say that word one more time, I will f–king choke the sh-t out of you when I see you.”
The audio was released while Sharpe was on the air on First Take.
As soon as the show went off the air, Shannon Sharpe appeared in a video released to his social media that called it a “shakedown.”
The video appeared to be made before the release of the audio, as Sharpe claimed it is part of a much longer s3x tape and has been manipulated to portray him in a negative light.

In his message, he blames lawyer Tony Busbee for targeting high-profiled black men while mentioning him trying to go after Jay-Z.

“To my family, friends, supporters, and colleagues, I want to speak to you directly and from the heart,” Sharpe said in part.
“This is a shakedown. I’m going to be open, transparent, and defend myself because this isn’t right. This is all being orchestrated by Tony Busbee, who has targeted Jay-Z. Tony Busbee targets Black men and I believe he’s going to release a 30 second clip of a s3x tape that tries to make me look guilty and plays into every stereotype you can possibly imagine.”
“That video should actually be 10 minutes or so. Hey Tony, instead of releasing your edit, put the whole video out. I don’t have it, or I would myself. You know what happened, and you’re trying to manipulate the media. The encounter in question took place during the day at her invitation and now that appears to be a deliberate setup coordinated by Gabby, also known as Carly on OnlyFans. Gabby and Tony Busbee want $50 million. What they’re getting is sued for defamation and trying to take me down,” Sharpe continued.
“My career is all about real talk and honesty. I know my family and fans know exactly what this is about. And I’m going to be out there telling you whatever I need to say, just like I always do. I love all of you guys. Thanks,” Sharpe concluded.

New Disturbing Details Emerge From $50 Million Rap3 Lawsuit Against Shannon Sharpe

Additional details have emerged following reports of a lawsuit being filed against Shannon Sharpe.
The ESPN analyst and podcast host is being accused of rap3 in a $50 million lawsuit in which a Jane Doe is claiming that Sharpe s3xually assaulted her on multiple occasions.
According to the documents, per TMZ, Sharpe met the woman in question, then 20, at a gym in Los Angeles in 2023, and offered to “buy her fake t**s” if she won a weight loss competition with him. She claims they eventually got involved consensually after he pursued her relentlessly via calls and text messages, but then he got controlling and verbally abusive once they got together.
Her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, states the former NFL tight end “demanded complete control over her time and body, expecting her to be at his house on his schedule, at his command, whenever he called.”
The suit also claims that the woman once tried sharing her location with friends from her phone due to concerns for her safety, and Sharpe threatened to kill her when he realized what she was doing.
She notes there was a firearm in sight during one of their prior arguments.

Shannon Sharpe Being Sued Following Reports Of Major Deal

Jane Doe admitted that she continued seeing Sharpe despite the verbal abuse, but tried breaking things off after he accidentally went live on Instagram while having s3x with someone else. He is alleged to have forced himself on her multiple times thereafter.
She says he first did so at her apartment last October, having s3x with her, bereft of her consent, while she cried and sobbed.
The complainant said it happened again in January after he came over to her place, having promised to bring her Christmas and birthday gifts.
The suit, filed in Nevada on Sunday, comes just days after reports that Sharpe is nearing a $100 million podcast deal. He has yet to reply to the allegations.
