TODAY star Hoda Kotb has suffered health troubles during Thursday’s episode of her show with Jenna Bush Hager.
The 59-year-old revealed she didn’t have time to visit a doctor before coming to work.

On Thursday, Hoda leaned on the anchor desk and told Jenna she thought she had a contact stuck in her eye.
The Today personality admitted she couldn’t recall taking it out last night and now can’t find it.
Hoda looked uncomfortable as she dug into her eye to try to find the lost lens.
Concerned, Jenna asked if it was a “medical emergency.”
“It feels like it’s in there,” Hoda insisted. “I’m not kidding.”
Jenna began freaking out over her co-star’s issue and insisted it “seems like an emergency.”
“Also, how can you read,” she then asked her friend after realizing the teleprompter was likely difficult for her to see.
She asked if anyone had tips to help with her situation and encouraged them to share them with her on social media.
After the two came back from a commercial break, Jenna told viewers the situation had gotten worse.
“We have breaking news, Hoda’s now lost all eyesight because her other contact fell out.”
Hoda corrected her co-star to explain that her other contact didn’t fall out but instead also got stuck in her eye.
“They’re both lost in the eye cavity,” Jenna said, confirming she understood the new situation.
Hoda begged her co-host to take the lead and read the prompter as she held up a mirror and tried to dig the contacts out of her eyes.
“Oh my God, it worked!” Hoda yelled a moment later after finally freeing one of the lost lenses.
Jenna cheered excitedly for her friend.
“That was so crazy,” Hoda admitted.
“Gross,” Jenna said as her colleague placed the now-free contact on the table in front of her.
Though Hoda was able to get the contact out and was no longer hurting from the issue, the children’s book author still had trouble seeing.
She admitted that everything looked fuzzy and only Jenna looked fairly clear.
Eventually, Hoda was able to see again after fixing her contacts during another commercial break.
