Britain’s Got Talent’s Dec issues WARNING over SH0CK act as fans make SAME demand

Britain’s Got Talent contestant Auzzy Blood shocked fans with his act, and host Dec Donnelly lashed out at the torn audience.

The first episode of this year aired tonight, with some of the wackiest and most wonderful talents on stage, all hoping to be voted through to the next level. Most performers are desperate to get the mythical Golden Buzzer from a judge – meaning if just one member of the panel hits it, they go straight through to the live rounds.

Auzzy put on a very intense show – with some viewers ITV hiding from their screens while many in the venue audience started chanting for a judge to hit the golden buzzer so they could see his wild act again.

While many acts might love the audience support, Dec didn’t want any of the chanting for Auzzy at all. “Push the gold? I’ll smash your faces in,” he said to the room at large.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan agreed with the star, quoting the shocking line and adding: “Exactly how I feel Dec.” Another said: “This is what we live for as a viewer watching Britains Got Talent.”

Others were just torn over Auzzy’s gory performance, with one fan enthusing: “Auzzy Blood is indeed amazing!” Another viewer disagreed entirely, and announced: “Can’t watch Auzzy Blood! what a weirdo! I’ve changed channel.”

While Dec’s wild statement for Auzzy might seem like knee-jerk comment to give some calm to the performer, he’s actually had plenty of time to learn his TV etiquette. He’s been on multiple different formats of BGT, including America’s Got Talent in 2022 – where Simon Cowell watched his skills before. He also tried his hand at the Spanish version, and described himself as a “walking freak show” on Instagram.

Auzzy’s act takes sword swallowing to the extreme, for a major fear factor. The head judge said in advance that he knew people would complain about the nail-biting act: “It’s spooky horror where you don’t want to watch it, but you do want to watch it. That’s obviously why we’re going to show it. We probably will get some complaints. Hopefully,” he said, jokingly adding: “I love it when they say ‘don’t try this at home’ like we’ve all got screws and things just waiting to do that.”

The music mogul also gushed over acts like Auzzy’s, saying the shock factor is why BGT is so successful: “It’s that surprise element of never knowing what’s coming next. As much as I love music shows, you know a singer’s followed by another singer,” he said.

“With this show, when we are watching the auditions or when my friends are watching it back, you just don’t know what’s going to happen. People still think after all these years that I know what’s happening during auditions, no one tells us anything. We have no idea who’s coming on until they appear on stage.”
