Beleaguered NFL pundit Terry Bradshaw suffered another series of blunders during the half-time highlight segment for the 4pm NFL games.
Bradshaw, 76, has endured a number of issues with the teleprompter this year. On several occasions he has been corrected live on air by colleague and New York Giants legend Michael Strahan.
Despite viewers making it clear that they feel Bradshaw’s time as a broadcaster is up, the four-time Super Bowl winner insists he is not planning on retiring any time soon. However, his latest performance on FOX NFL on Sunday did little to help his cause.
His first error came while discussing the Chicago Bears’ clash with the San Francisco 49ers. He said: “21-0, all 49ers,” when the score was actually 24-0. He then added: “[The] 49ers are hangin’ in there, trying to make the playoffs, [this is] a much-needed victory for them.”

He moved to FOX in 1994 and has been a fixture of the network ever since. While his salary is not public knowledge, it’s estimated that he earns around $2 million a year, reports the Mirror US.
Many fans took to social media suggesting that it might be time for Bradshaw to retire from his TV career after his latest blooper. One fan tweeted: “Terry Bradshaw just said that the 49ers just got ‘a much-needed victory today.’ The game is not even at halftime yet. Someone, please take him off the air. He’s just not there anymore. It’s time.”
Bradshaw’s comments were premature rather than incorrect, as the struggling 49ers secured a much-needed win over the Bears. San Francisco came into the game on a three-game losing streak and still dealing with a host of injuries.
