Patrick Mahomes broke his silence on Travis Kelce returning to the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday afternoon with a social-media message from ‘The Last Dance’. 

Mahomes’ message shows Michael Jordan’s security guard, John Michael Wozniak, giving his infamous shrug after one of the basketball legend’s signature performances, as first displayed from the beloved ESPN documentary.

Kelce and Mahomes are reuniting after five Super Bowl appearances together in the last six seasons, as the tight end confirm he was not retiring to Pat McAfee.

Kelce’s future was up in the air after the team’s loss in the Super Bowl to the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this month. Kelce has been atop the tight end depth chart in Kansas City for Mahomes’ entire stay as the team’s starting quarterback.
