Joy Behar is sharing her point of view on Meghan Markle.
The talk show host, 82, got candid about the Duchess of Sussex during a “Hot Topics” discussion regarding women supporting women on “The View.”
Behar started the conversation by sharing Gwyneth Paltrow’s response to a remark that Markle, 43, is “moving in on her territory as a lifestyle guru” with her new Netflix series “With Love, Meghan.”

“I was raised to see other women as friends, not foes,” the Goop founder, 52, said to Vanity Fair Tuesday. “I think there’s always more than enough to go around.
“Everybody deserves an attempt at everything that they want to try,” Paltrow added.
The “Shallow Hal” alum recalled her mom, actress Blythe Danner, 82, telling her, “Another woman is never your competition. … What is right for you will find you.”
Behar stated that she sees women “sticking together more than we used to” these days.

“What men get asked that?” Ana Navarro chimed in. “Someone’s always trying to pick catfights amongst women.”
Co-host Sara Haines also shared that she tends to be closer to women who don’t view themselves as competition with others over a specific job.
“There are two types of women I’ve run into,” the panelist, 47, reflected. “The ones that will shank you, and the ones that will lift you.”

“You know what’s amazing, though? What an influence on culture Meghan Markle has,” Navarro mused. “I feel like she gets discussed all the time. Some people like her, some people hate her, some people don’t care.”
Behar noted there is “something about her that triggers people” and suggested that it could stem from jealousy because “we all wanted to marry a prince. So everyone is jealous of her, is that it? Ana’s not, right?”
The camera then cut to Navarro, who was shaking her head, before the show cut to a commercial.
Markle’s eight-episode Netflix series has received mixed reviews, with some critics calling it “exhausting” and “pointless.”

The Post’s Kirsten Fleming wrote that the word “joy” should “pursue a cease-and-desist against Markle.”
“She carpet bombs every segment with the J-word. If you played a drinking game and threw one back every time she said it, you’d be blacked out 10 minutes into the first episode,” she mused. “Then again, that could make viewing this vanity project more palatable.”
Throughout the series, Markle hosts a slew of guests including Mindy Kaling, Tatcha skincare brand founder Vicky Tsai, and food truck chef Roy Choi at a rented home in Montecito, California.
Despite the shaky response, the series was already renewed for Season 2.
Markle announced the news on her Instagram with a a video montage of clips from the show.

“Oh, how I love ASMR!,” Markle captioned the footage. “If you’re loving Season 1, just wait until you see the fun we cooked up on Season 2!”
Markle added, “Thanks for joining the party, and an endless thanks to the amazing team and crew who helped bring it all to life! @netflix.”
