Blue Bloods ‘spin off in LA’ teased by Abigail Hawk amid final season premiere
Blue Bloods is airing its final episodes now on CBS
Apotential Blue Bloods spin off continues to be a hope among fans of the canceled CBS show and Abigail Hawk has revealed there have already been discussions about the possibility – but that it would probably not feature the Reagans.
“There was talk of a spin-off happening,” Abigail told HELLO! as she spoke ahead of the final episodes airing. “But if it did happen, so immediately after our series ends, it would have to be not involving the Reagan’s or the NYPD at all. It would have to be set in LA or we follow a different family.”
When discussing the possibility of the show as fans know it continuing on for a 15th season, she added: “If you had asked me this question during the summer, before these episodes were about to air, my answer would have been, ‘there’s a pinprick of hope’.
“Now I think once these episodes start airing, CBS executives may realize that they have made a colossal error and perhaps rethink down the line so I think it remains possible.”
“I don’t think there’s a possibility of it going to another network – I know that there’s been a bit of chatter about that, but I don’t think that that’s a viable option given the talks that we’ve had with the cast and the producers and things like that,” she continued.
“But hope floats, and I think it’s necessary to have something to hang on to and we would all certainly drop everything and make that happen.At the end of the day, CBS can do whatever they want, but I hope they realize not only how commercially viable Blue Bloods is, but how beloved it is, and the staying power that it has, because family is universal and there are more stories to be told.”
Abigail played Detective Abigail Baker for all 14 seasons, and she also discussed the potential opportunities for spin offs within the characters fans have already fallen in love with, sharing: “I do think there are certain characters that could continue to have quite an amazing and interesting life beyond the world with the Reagans, and I think Abigail Baker is one of them.
“She’s this woman of mystery and there’s so much that we could just uncover and pull out of her. She has this simmering energy that I just love about her.
“It’s magnetic and you can’t help but be invested in what she’s got going on, whether it’s at her desk, or sitting saying nothing because her nonverbal communication is [chef’s kiss] and I leaned into that once I realized that was a great way to get camera time!
“But she also doesn’t need to say anything unless it’s necessary and when she does say something, it has meaning so I think there’s a lot of potential for her. I think she’s a fun one.”
Blue Bloods is a drama about a multi-generational family of cops dedicated to New York City law enforcement.
Tom Selleck stars as patriarch Frank Reagan, the New York Police Commissioner, as well as Donnie Wahlberg as eldest son Danny, a seasoned detective, daughter Erin played by Bridget Moynahan, a New York Assistant DA, and Jamie, the youngest Reagan, played by Will Estes.

Fans were understandably upset following a recent social media post from Donna Kelce, with the NFL mama having revealed something very disturbing.
Donna, the mother of Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce and former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, has an online imposter. She warned people not to fall for their posts this week, adding that she has reported the fake account.
“There is a post with my name on it and it’s not me,” she wrote in a Facebook post on Monday. “Just wanted to let everybody know to go out there and unfriend this person. She’s pretending to be me and it has a profile picture of me with my finger up to my lips, and a picture of me and my brother and sister-in-law. I have reported her and hopefully Facebook will take this down immediately.”
Followers were not pleased and vented under the post.
“So maddening!! Sorry that happened to you Donna,” someone wrote.
“How does that account have 1 million followers?! FB needs to remove that,” another lamented.
“Honestly.. what is wrong with people, and WHO has time to pretend to be someone else? And for what? It is baffling,” another comment read.

“Ok the profile that is really me has a blue checkmark by my name,” she announced later on.
While Donna isn’t the one playing the football, she has become a celebrity in her own right. Birthing a pair of Super Bowl champions and future Hall of Famers can go a long way in enhancing a woman’s reputation.
She’s also developed a relationship with Taylor Swift, given the latter’s relationship with her younger son. Donna is living quite the life, which sadly makes her a target. Hopefully, this will all be sorted out quickly.

Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce has shut down a rumor about his personal life that has rapidly spread across the internet.
The 35-year-old Travis Kelce is in a highly publicized relationship with Taylor Swift, the world’s biggest music star. As such, it’s safe to say that Kelce is used to being the subject of gossip and baseless rumors.
Recently, a rumor surfaced about Kelce buying a $3.3 million home in Kansas City that would house homeless youths. Speaking on the latest episode of the “New Heights” podcast that he co-hosts with brother Jason Kelce, however, Travis clarified that the rumor is false:
“I gotta make a little statement in the ‘don’t believe everything you read, kids’ category or nice realm that you see online. Some false claims were thrown out there that I was doing something in the community that I was not, and I’m not even gonna talk about it specifically. I don’t want to bring any more attention to that whole nonsense and article and all that stuff…

As the two-year anniversary of his relationship with Swift approaches, multiple reports have suggested that Travis Kelce could soon propose to the Grammy Award-winning singer. Of course, only Kelce and Swift know deep down if an engagement is imminent.
After the Chiefs lost Super Bowl 59 to the Philadelphia Eagles, Kelce took some time to ponder his playing future before committing to a 13th season. The Chiefs fell 40-22 to the Eagles in the big game, falling short of the NFL’s first-ever Super Bowl three-peat.

Travis Kelce Looks To Rebound From Disappointing 2024 Season

2024 was easily the most disappointing season of Kelce’s career, as far as individual production goes. The 10-time Pro Bowler finished with 97 catches for just 823 yards and three touchdowns, with the latter two stats marking Kelce’s lowest since he became a regular starter in 2014.
Throw in the miserable loss to Philadelphia in Super Bowl 59, and it was an all-around challenging year on the field for Kelce. We’ll see if he can bounce back in what may very well be the final season of his illustrious career.
