Ercan, 32, can be heard saying: “It’s a big commitment,” whilst Vicky lays in bed, saying: “I don’t know if I’d be a good mum.” The voiceover goes on: “Because everyone has an opinion. You can do it all.”

Whilst travelling in a car, Vicky can be seen saying: “As a woman you are conditioned to really want kids,” before she begins to get upset and can be seen wiping her tears with a tissue. The narrator adds: “So they’re asking those who know them best.”

Vicky has been open with her fans about her fertility hourney, with the star candidly documenting the process of freezing her eggs, which she started when she was 35. She said she wanted to take control of her fertility, and had the treatment which resulted in three embryos being frozen.

Announcing her new show to her followers, she wrote on Instagram: “For the last 6 months @ercan_ram and I have been working with our family at @hellomary.co.uk and @e4grams to create the follow up to our record breaking wedding show.. My Big Fat Geordie Wedding.

“In this two part special we look at what our lives look like post wedding- the pressure on women to have children, the different ways to be a family, we celebrate alternative routes to motherhood and the fertility issues that many women face.

“In amongst this we let you in to the chaos of our lives again- busy schedules, our friends, fluffy butts, our families, first years of marriage our very candid feelings and fears about growing our family… and everything in between… and we are so excited to have you along for the ride!

“Our hopes are that this show will encourage more much needed honest discourse around fertility, more understanding about people choosing different paths and ultimately help us all understand our options better and I hope we’ve done this with sensitivity and grace.”

Last year, Vicky revealed she had visited her “little frozen family” in her fertility clinic, as part of her new show. Writing on Instagram, she said: “I WENT TO VISIT OUR EMBRYOS!!!!”

Vicky explained that as part of the new two-parter, she has been exploring “alternative vehicles to motherhood… including surrogacy, adoption and IVF.” The I’m A Celeb star explained: “Our hopes are that through shedding light on these amazing different fertility journeys we will encourage more honest discourse, more understanding and more kindness around the subject. I know when I made the decision to freeze my eggs, I received my fair share of backlash and I think that is largely due to a lack of conversation around the topic.

“Fertility is a deeply personal subject and we should treat every woman with empathy and compassion as she tries to navigate what’s best for her. I hope this documentary will encourage that.”

Vicky thanked the team for “allowing me to visit my little frozen family today.” She added: I still feel incredibly privileged to have been in a position to freeze my eggs and create embryos with @ercan_ram… It took the pressure off our timeline and allowed us to do things our way. I’m a huge advocate for this process and really look forward to the day that it is more affordable for everyone”
