Michael Strahan RETURNS TO THE NFL? Will he make WAVES after LEAVING GMA? What’s really going on?

Everyone who is anyone has weighed in on what the New York Giants should do with the third overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft, and that now includes retired legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer, Michael Strahan.
During a recent appearance on 7PM in Brooklyn, Strahan was asked directly if the Giants should take Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders, Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter, or Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter.
He made a case for each.
“I think at the third pick, the Giants have some very interesting guys,” Strahan said.
Although Strahan heavily praised Sanders and was blunt about his desire to see the quarterback succeed at the NFL level, he indicated that Hunter would be the ultimate preference.
“I would take Travis in a heartbeat because you put Travis with (Malik) Nabers,” Strahan said. “You’ve got Russell (Wilson) and you’ve got Jameis (Winston), so you can manage that. And then you’ve just got to find a quarterback of the future.”
General manager Joe Schoen should run his card up to the podium if Hunter remains on the board when the Giants find themselves on the clock. However, momentum is building that the Cleveland Browns will take him at No. 2 overall, leaving the Giants with a choice between Sanders and Carter, with Carter the current betting favorite.
