According to royal sources, Meghan Markle is not very happy with Prince Harry at the moment.
Meghan Markle’s secret fury at Prince Harry has been exposed amid a new row that has embroiled the couple, according to claims. Claims that Meghan is becoming frustrated with Prince Harry over their finances have been discussed on the latest episode of the Daily Express’s Daily Expresso show. According to comments made during the programme, concerns have been raised about the couple’s income and long-term financial future.
The claims were discussed by Daily Expresso presenter JJ Anisiobi and TV presenter Mark Dolan during the latest episode of the Daily Express chat show. During the conversation, the pair discussed reports suggesting that Prince Harry and Meghan may not see eye to eye on money.
The discussion centred on claims from royal journalist Rob Shuter, who they said had spoken to sources close to the couple.
Introducing the topic, Mr Anisiobi said: “So, word on the street is that Meghan has told Harry, ‘You got to get your butt out there and bring in some more moola.'”
Mr Dolan replied: “Most definitely. Now, Rob Shuter is an excellent royal journalist. He’s got a Substack called Naughty But Nice, and he’s got great contacts, and he’s hearing that Meghan is deeply worried about their finances and that actually she’s got a sense and understanding of money that Harry absolutely doesn’t because he’s an aristocrat who’s never had to worry about cash, never seen a bill in his life.”
He continued: “So, that’s why they’ve got a very different attitude. And Meghan’s thinking, well, wait a minute. We’ve got some savings. You’ve got your inheritance, which is dwindling. There’s the spare money, the Netflix cash, but it is disappearing and disappearing fast. And where is the cash flow? Nothing’s coming in.”

Mr Dolan went on to claim that sources quoted by Shuter suggested Meghan believes she has been doing most of the work to maintain the couple’s public profile and business ventures.
He said: “And Rob Shuter, his insiders are saying that Meghan’s had enough, that Harry’s got to pull his weight because she’s the one that’s busy on Instagram posting stuff about Archie and Lily and the As ever brand.
“She’s trying to kind of keep it going, keep this show on the road.” She’s the one who’s up at 5 in the morning with those notorious emails to her staff from which she expects an instant reaction. She’s the one who’s trying to get something going with Netflix again because, although it’s not a golden handcuff deal like it was, she still has the ear of Netflix, and if the right project comes along, they’ll make it. So, she’s doing all the running.”
Dolan added that Harry was said to have a different view of his role. He said: “And what Rob Shuter is hearing is that Harry thinks it’s enough to do the charity work, that he’s a philanthropist, that he’s a global citizen.”

He then joked: “Well, JJ being a global citizen doesn’t pay the mortgage.”
The pair also discussed the Sussexes’ home in California. Speaking about the property, Dolan said: “And that Montecito mansion is half a million dollars a year.”
After JJ Anisiobi asked: “What? How is it costing half a million a year?”, Dolan replied: “That’s the mortgage. Because they did not have the money when they bought the place. It wasn’t a cash purchase. There’s a big mortgage on it.”
