CONTROVERSY: Fox News host Tomi Lahren M0CKS NFL couple Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, prompting fans to CLAP BACK: “Jealous Much, Tomi?”
Tomi Lahren’s post about Travis Kelce is being slammed on social media.
The conservative commentator hit out at the coverage of the Kansas City Chiefs’ star and his girlfriend Taylor Swift on Sunday. The singer has been turning up to cheer her boyfriend’s team since September, when the unexpected pairing went public with their romance.
However, the music legend’s appearance at Chiefs’ games has angered a portion of sports fans over the amount of time the NFL spends on Swift coverage. A Fox ad parody even dubbed the Swift haters “Dads, Brads and Chads.”

Swift has only been on screen for around 25 seconds per three-hour game, according to The New York Times.
Lahren appears to agree with the Dad, Brads and Chads, if a recent social media post is any indication.
“The Grammys are tonight,” the 31-year-old wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “It’s a night for music. Imagine if the entire broadcast was dedicated to Travis Kelce … Y’all would be p*****.”
Newsweek has reached to Tomi Lahren for comment via Instagram as well as to representatives for Kelce and Swift by email.
Since being shared on Sunday, Lahren’s post has received over 165,000 views. However, her post divided fellow users.

Some blasted the Fox News contributor, calling her post “pathetic.”
“It’s like 25 seconds on average, Tammy,” commented Jo. “That’s how much time Taylor has appeared on football broadcasts. You know who it is that fixates on her? YOU.”
“You are really trying to make a big deal out of nothing,” said Ivan.
“Would it bother you so much that she gets 25 seconds of air time in a football game if she shared your political views?” wondered Jeff Johnson.
“How did you become so hateful?” asked X_X, while michele macias suggested Lahren is “jealous” of Swift.
Others said they would love if Kelce had attended the Grammys to watch Swift pick up her awards. The tight end was in Las Vegas preparing for the Super Bowl on February 11, with the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the San Francisco 49ers.
“I would be thrilled to see Travis Kelce’s reactions when Taylor wins all of her awards,” said Julie Borowski. “It’s a beautiful thing, man.”
@Cancel Sec agreed, writing: “I for one would be looking forward to seeing him in the audience with his teammates swag surfing and cheering for his girl like she does at his games.”
Some users did also praise Lahren’s post.
“Great point,” commented @Grip75001.
“I would only watch for Dua Lipa and of course you Tomi!” wrote Thomas Stickle.
Swift was nominated for six awards at this year’s Grammys, winning Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year for Midnights.
While collecting her first win of the evening, the 34-year-old also announced her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, to be released on April 19.
