“BIG MISTAKE!” — GB News Star EXPOSES Keir Starmer’s Blunder That Could Hand Nigel Farage a SH0CKING Advantage…k

A GB News pundit says the Labour leader blundered during his big conference speech – and it could hand Nigel Farage a boost

Sir Keir Starmer has been accused of making one “big mistake” in his Labour conference speech – and a GB News star says it could end up playing straight into Nigel Farage’s hands. Broadcaster Michael Crick claimed Labour looked “clearly rattled” by Reform UK and argued Starmer blundered by giving Farage too much airtime from the stage.

Speaking on GB News, Crick said: “I think that Labour is clearly rattled by reform and Farage and the stats that came out last week showing which MPs would lose their seats were terrifying. But I think it’s a mistake that Starmer mentioned Farage so many times.” Crick added: “I think it’s not credible to say that Nigel Farage doesn’t like this country, doesn’t believe in Britain. That will not go down well with Reform supporters or Labour supporters thinking of voting Reform.

“I also agree that to describe Reform’s policies as racist I don’t think that can be justified and I also agree with you that it may put off Labour people thinking of defecting to Reform.”

Even so, he admitted Starmer’s address had force: “The overall thrust of what Starmer did today was coherent and fighting back against Reform and saying look – Farage is guilty of talking this country down, and he did so in America and that is wrong… I think that was the best speech that Starmer has made at the Labour conference since 2021.”

Starmer had gone on the offensive during his keynote, declaring: “Nigel Farage doesn’t like Britain” and accusing him of trying to turn the UK into “a competition of victims.”

He railed against “the politics of grievance,” attacked those who “sold Brexit lies,” and told activists the country faced a “fork in the road” between his Labour government and Reform UK.

Farage fired back with venom, blasting Starmer as “unfit” to be prime minister and accusing him of desperation.

Crick also dredged up historic allegations about Farage’s school days. He said: “I want to talk about the issue of the Hitler Youth because I think I may have played a role in putting their story into the public domain.

“It all stems from a letter that one of his teachers said at school saying that Farage was on a CCF camp and involved in singing Hitler Youth songs.

“And that was the only source for that allegation which I repeated on Channel 4 News many years ago… I always acknowledge that Farage has denied it and I also should say that there’s no other source that says that Farage was involved.”

Those claims, first raised in 2013, have always been denied by the Reform leader. A party source told the BBC at the time: “It’s disgusting and libellous. Beneath contempt.”

Starmer also used his speech to outline new policies, pledging to ditch the university target in favour of “gold standard apprenticeships” and unveiling an NHS Online service aimed at cutting waiting times.

Strictly Come Dancing star Ellie Goldstein had fans worried as they spotted her “in tears” behind the scenes of the live show on BBC One this weekend. Ellie, who is partnered with professional dancer Vito Coppola in the latest series of the dance competition, appeared to be comforted by Dianne Buswell, Karen Hauer and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey during the post-dance interviews.

But Ellie was keen to clear things up as she appeared on spin-off show It Takes Two tonight (September 30) alongside Vito. Fleur asked her about the emotional moment: “Now, Ellie, a few people online thought you looked upset on Saturday, but backstage you told me you had a great night. Did you enjoy it?”

Ellie replied: “Yes I did. I was not upset at all – I was absolutely fine and it was a great night with him. It was the best night ever.”

She added to her social media followers: “Thank you for the comments. they are really kind. Be confident, be in your element and be happy.”

She clarified: “Thank you all so much for the incredible love and support! I’m over the moon that so many of you enjoyed watching me dance last night – I’m honestly having the time of my life. This really is a dream come true.”

Ellie went on to say: “Just a little note: sometimes my eyes get watery after a long day – I promise I’m not upset! I’m doing so well and feeling SO happy, and your concern truly means the world.”

  • SHOCKING NEW:“REFORM vs STARmer: IMMORAL POLICY or INSULT to VOTERS?”

SHOCKING NEW:“REFORM vs STARmer: IMMORAL POLICY or INSULT to VOTERS?”

‘He was talking very clearly about the policy, he said, being immoral and racist’

Zia Yusuf challenged over false claim Keir Starmer called voters racist

BBC presenter Jon Kay challenged Reform’s Zia Yusuf on his false claim that Keir Starmer called voters racist.

Starmer said that Reform’s policy to scrap indefinite leave to remain was “immoral and racist”.

Last week, Reform announced that it would instead force people to re-apply for visas every five years.

Reform would reportedly raise the visa salary threshold to £60,000, nearly double the median UK salary (£31,602).

Starmer told the BBC: “I do think it’s a racist policy, I do think it’s immoral, it needs to be called out for what it is.”

Asked if he thought Reform UK was trying to appeal to racists, the Prime Minister responded: “No, I think there are plenty of people that either vote Reform or are thinking of voting Reform who are frustrated.”

On BBC Breakfast today, Yusuf falsely claimed Starmer was calling voters who supported the policy racist.

Moment Reform's Zia Yusuf unexpectedly clashes with BBC Breakfast presenter in heated migrant row - YouTube

The Reform politician said: “The British people are sick and tired of having their concerns dismissed, having their concerns sneered at and having the political elite, of which Keir Starmer is the shining example of these days, basically insult them for having perfectly legitimate concerns about immigration.”

Yusuf added that “People watching this programme, listening to this programme as they go to work, a portion of their work today is going to pay for the £9 billion of welfare payments going to foreign nationals.

“And if you stand up and say ’you know what, we’re not too happy about that actually, people like Keir Starmer call you racist.”

Kaye interrupted Yusuf, stating: “He didn’t.”

He continued: “Let’s just stay with your policy and what he said about it because he was talking very clearly about the policy, he said, being immoral and racist.

“He specified that he doesn’t think voters are racist if they back it. He said he understands their frustrations, he gets it and wants to deal with it. He wasn’t calling people racist, [but] the policy.”

Despite Starmer having clearly stated he didn’t think voters were racist, Yusuf said listeners could “draw their own conclusions”.

Yusuf said there were “record” numbers of people coming to the UK “illegally” and “insane” numbers moving to the UK legally.

Ex-Reform Wales leader’s Russian bribery scandal

Yusuf was asked about ex-Reform Wales leader Nathan Gill pleading guilty to accepting bribes to make pro-Russia statements as an MEP.

Yusuf said of Gill: “He preceded my time in the party, I’ve never spoken to him, the first time I ever heard his name was in some news reports.”

The Reform politician went back to attacking Labour, calling the government “morally bankrupt” and saying “their record of delivery is atrocious”.

When pressed on Gill, and whether other Reform politicians share his pro-Russian views, Yusuf claimed he was part of a “nascent” Reform party and claimed most senior Reform figures don’t even know who he is.

Gill was the leader of Reform in Wales between March and May 2021.

Kaye then pointed out to him that BBC Breakfast had just shown several photos of Nigel Farage posing with Gill. “They obviously knew one another pretty well,” Kaye said.

Yusuf stumbled over his words, responding: “Whatever that footage is – Nigel meets tens of thousands of people on an annual basis ultimately – and he can’t be held accountable for the actions of every single person whom he comes into contact with.”

“LIVE TV CHAOS!” — ITV Loose Women Hit With HUGE Blunder Just Minutes Into Broadcast… Viewers Left STUNNED by What Happened On Air: “That was weird”.k

Loose Women fans were left scratching their heads as they tuned into Tuesday’s live show as all four panellists were missing when the show opened

Tuesday’s edition of Loose Women began in peculiar fashion as all four presenters were nowhere to be seen.

Viewers tuning into the ITV daytime programme were left baffled as they witnessed an empty studio desk where the panel should have been seated.

Whilst the familiar opening theme music played, audiences were presented with nothing but vacant chairs rather than the expected quartet of hosts.

Social media users quickly voiced their confusion, with one viewer writing: “That was weird #loosewomen.”

Another bewildered fan questioned: “wtf was that? #loosewomen.”, reports the Mirror.

The mystery was swiftly resolved when presenter Jane Moore emerged through the sliding doors, accompanied by panellists Mariella Frostrup, Kelly Brook and Sunetra Sarker.

Jane promptly launched into the day’s proceedings by addressing current news stories and confirmed that Kelsey Parker would be appearing as a guest.

The incident follows confirmation that a dedicated Loose Women episode will broadcast next month in recognition of World Mental Health Day.

The special programme will honour the transformative power of music and its profound influence on our lives.

Scheduled for Thursday, October 9, Loose Women: The Music will showcase panellists Coleen Nolan, Kelle Bryan, Brenda Edwards, Myleene Klass and Oti Mabuse.

The presenters will share personal stories about how music has influenced their journeys and supported them through significant life experiences.

An official announcement revealed: “Throughout the show, from 12.30pm on ITV1 and STV, Coleen, Kelle and Brenda will take to the stage to perform the songs that are closest to their hearts.

“Viewers will also be treated to a show-stopping rumba from Oti Mabuse, and Myleene Klass will accompany the ladies as she showcases her musical talents on the piano.”

In a fresh teaser for the episode, Brenda is heard describing music as “a universal language”, with Myleene expressing that it “touches your soul” and Kelle affirming that “music has always been a part” of her life.

It’s been confirmed that Loose Women will only broadcast for 30 weeks in 2026, instead of its usual weekly schedule throughout the year.

Major changes at ITV will see Lorraine cut down to just 30 minutes and also only airing for 30 weeks a year.

Good Morning Britain is set to extend by half an hour, encroaching into the traditional 9am start time of Lorraine Kelly’s chat show.

Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV1 and ITVX at 12.30pm

Strictly Come Dancing has welcomed a new contestant to the line-up after reality star Dani Dyer was forced to step back from the BBC competition series after breaking her ankle during rehearsals. The 28-year-old’s exit was confirmed on Tuesday (September 23), as Dani issued a statement about how “heartbroken” she is to be unexpectedly leaving the show. However, this tough decision comes after medical advice, as doctors said she would not be able to dance due to the injury. In the days since, Strictly bosses have now named Amber Davies as Dani’s replacement, and she will be paired with Nikita Kuzmin for the remainder of the competition.

Having just started rehearsals, the podcaster will make her Strictly debut tonight (September 27) during the first of the live shows, dancing the waltz. The Welsh actress, who also won Love Island in 2017, said: “This has been the craziest 24 hours of my life. “I’ve watched Strictly with my family since I was younger, and to now be part of the show is a dream come true.” The star added that she would “give it my all” and sent Dyer “well wishes for a speedy recovery.” Amber’s addition to Strictly also marks a major milestone as she will be the first contestant to be judged by both dance professional sisters, Motsi and Oti Mabuse.

Just last year, the 28-year-old previously competed on Dancing on Ice, where she was paired with Simon Proulx-Sénécal and finished in fifth place.

During the 2024 series, the panel of judges included Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, and Oti Mabuse, Ashley Banjo and Johnny Weir, who filled in for the Diversity star when he went on tour.

Oti’s sister, Motsi, will return to the Strictly panel alongside Craig Revel-Horwood, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke.

The sibling duo even starred on Strictly together until 2022, when Oti left the show as a professional after an impressive seven-year run, which included two consecutive wins in 2019 with Kevin Fletcher and then in 2020 with Bill Bailey.

Amber’s previous experience with dance has also sparked fix rumours among Strictly viewers as she is also a trained West End performer.

Unlike many of her co-stars, who will be taking dance rehearsals for the very first time, her capabilities span since childhood as she has a Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre and Dance, took dance as a GCSE subject at school, and trained at Danceworld Stage School.

The reality star also attended Urdang Academy, where she studied Performing Arts as a teenager and trained in musical theatre.

Amber also previously worked as a dancer at the London nightclub Cirque Le Soir.

Adding to her incredible week of good news, the 28-year-old was also recently announced as the lead for next year’s Legally Blonde musical tour, which will kick off in February.

Sad real reason Keith and Nicole split as they end marriage after 19 years

Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman and country singer Keith Urban have ended their 19-year marriage, sources reported on Monday. The couple, who share daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, have reportedly drifted apart due to their demanding careers and a growing lack of intimacy.

“Keith never sees Nicole, either she is filming or he is on tour,” a source has revealed. “There was a lot of love between the two and they might not divorce. They’ve been together for decades, so there is a world in which they can reconcile, but the way their pairing is now, they are not a couple.”

According to insiders, Urban initiated the separation, citing unhappiness in the marriage. “The intimacy isn’t there, they are just going through the motions [of being married].

“If this separation gets them back together, that would be amazing, but Keith had to call her out that he isn’t happy,” the source added to Daily Mail.

Kidman was reportedly “blindsided” by Urban’s decision, though friends say the couple may attempt to work on their relationship over the holiday season and Urban’s upcoming birthday.

Since the split, Kidman has reportedly been staying in Nashville with the children, maintaining family stability while Urban continues his High and Alive World Tour, which began in May.

He is scheduled to perform in Hershey, Pennsylvania, on Thursday. TMZ reported that Urban has moved out of the couple’s $4 million Nashville compound and into a separate residence.

Sources also claimed the couple’s increasing time apart following the death of Kidman’s mother last September. “They do make an effort to speak every day when they’re apart, but it is shocking how much time they’ve spent apart,” an insider told Woman’s Day.

Glimmers of tension between the pair could be seen publicly in recent months as the pair have not been seen together in public since the beginning of the year, and in July, Urban ended a radio interview abruptly after a question about Kidman’s recent film roles.

Kidman, meanwhile, has spoken openly about the challenges of marriage, telling the cast of her Netflix series The Perfect Couple in September 2024: “There’s no perfect anything. Anything that’s presented as perfect… forget it.”

Kidman and Urban met at the G’Day USA Gala in 2005, became engaged in May 2006, and married later that year in Sydney.

Shortly after the wedding, Urban entered rehab for alcohol addiction, crediting Kidman with staging the intervention. “I was very, very blessed to have Nicole stage an intervention for me,” he told Rolling Stone in 2014.

Despite the separation, both are said to be continuing to support each other privately, according to reports from TMZ.

Urban recently described seeking Kidman’s feedback on his music, telling Kelly Clarkson: “What I’ve learned is when I play her something, I’m obviously interested in her reaction, but I’m also really interested in how I feel when I’m playing it for her or anybody else. I’ve learned to trust my reaction much more.”

The Mirror has reached out to Keith and Nicole’s respective representatives for comment on this story.

BREAKING NEWS: David Lammy ‘finished’ as TalkTV star demands he ‘resign immediately’.K

It comes after Deputy PM David Lammy accused Nigel Farage of ‘flirting with the Hitler Youth’ on the BBC earlier today

A TalkTV guest waded in on the deputy prime minister after he accused Nigel Farage of “flirting with the Hitler Youth” on the BBC earlier today. David Lammy was forced to apologise after his astonishing allegation, which Mr Farage dismissed at the time as “complete baloney”. On the BBC, Lammy reasserted that Labour thinks Reform UK’s vow to end indefinite leave to remain and deport people in the UK without citizenship is racist “because it is”. He later rowed back on his claims that Nigel Farage “flirted with Hitler Youth” and said he was “happy to clarify” his comments. On TalkTV, barrister Steven Barrett has urged that David should “resign immediately.”

He added: “I want Merseyside Police to launch an investigation into the Labour Party for a large number of offences. I think it’s disgraceful. I have friends in the Labour Party. They are utterly shocked.”

Labour Conference 2025 Day Three - Leader's Speech

One person reacted in the comments section on X and said: “Farage isn’t going to take this matter further himself. He doesn’t need to! Lammy only damaged himself with an allegation he could never back up. He later woke up to that fact so withdrew the allegation. But only after the damage had been done. To David Lammy!”

In his conference speech today, Prime Minister Keir Starmer stepped up his criticism of Nigel Farage and Reform UK. He labelled Reform UK’s policy of scrapping indefinite leave to remain as “racist” and “immoral”.

David Lammy’s claims were believed to be a reference to allegations that emerged in 2013 that Nigel Farage sang Nazi songs as a teenager.

Channel 4 obtained a letter written in June 1981 by a young English teacher, Chloe Deakin, at Dulwich College, asking the master of the college, David Emms, to change his decision to appoint a young Nigel Farage as a prefect.

The teacher said: “Yet another colleague described how, at a Combined Cadet Force (CCF) camp organised by the college, Farage and others had marched through a quiet Sussex village very late at night shouting Hitler-youth songs.”

Sir Keir Starmer said in his conference speech this afternoon that there is “a moral line, and it isn’t just Farage who crosses it”.

He also stated that “this party is proud of our flags”, but “if they are painted alongside graffiti telling a Chinese takeaway owner to ‘go home’, that’s not pride – that’s racism”.

  • ZIA YUSUF: “Labour’s only boom industry – the small-boat crisis is now a big-boat crisis”.V

ZIA YUSUF: “Labour’s only boom industry – the small-boat crisis is now a big-boat crisis”.V

Zia Yusuf announces return to Reform UK two days after quitting as chair | Reform UK | The Guardian

Raise legitimate concerns about mass immigration and you’re racist. This has been the mantra of the p0litical establishment in this country for decades.

In election after election, Britons voted for less immigration, be it through Brexit or through four consecutive Tory manifestos.

Each and every time, they were betrayed by governments who allowed untrammelled mass immigration, both legal and illegal, to continue. Upset about this? Racist. Concerned about grooming gangs? Racist. Want to raise the Union flag? Racist.

Well, the British people have had enough of it, and these smears no longer work.

The Prime Minister prefaced his annual conference by labelling the third of people in this country who say they’d vote for Reform as racist, in no small part because he is circling the drain. His collapse in popularity since winning the general election last year has been biblical.

He is now the most unpopular PM on record and is lashing out because a Survation poll this week showed the majority of Labour members want him replaced. So does the rest of the country.

Britain has become a food bank for the world. Foreign nationals already claim £9billion in Universal Credit payments alone. That’s about to balloon. Last week, Nigel Farage and I laid out our plans to avert the ‘Boriswave’ – which left unchecked would be one of the greatest fiscal catastrophes of our lifetimes. Half of those 3.8million legal migrants who were shipped in, against the wishes of the British people, will shortly be eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

The vast majority are from poor, non-EU countries, and did not come on work visas. Half do not work, and never will. Upon being granted ILR they gain lifetime access to our welfare state for themselves and all their dependants. The cost of this to the long-suffering British taxpayer will be north of £234billion.

Why did Zia Yusuf resign as chairman of Reform UK? | Politics News | Sky News

Reform’s solution is simple: abolish ILR, replace it with a five-year renewable work visa which ensures migrants pay their way (by raising the qualifying salary level), speak English, and don’t commit crime. We would also legislate to ensure foreign nationals cannot claim welfare. This is the least the British people deserve.

The fact this has caused such a hysterical meltdown from the p0litical establishment shows how worried they are that the open border experiment they have overseen is about to end.Reform Chair Zia Yusuf Accused of 'Power Grab' Through New Constitution - DeSmog

This weekend, a ‘dinghy’ arrived with a staggering 125 illegal migrants on board – a record for a single boat. Labour appears to be driving some kind of new industrial revolution in the Channel, where the small-boats crisis has become the big-boats crisis. So much for smashing the gangs.

As prime minister, Nigel Farage will offer British people a new deal: one in which Britain is proud, prosperous and powerful again. The foundation of this is a secure border and enforcement of immigration law. That day cannot come soon enough.

  • Nigel Farage hits back at Sir Keir Starmer as he accuses Labour of inciting violence against Reform voters: ‘He’s unfit to be PM!’

Nigel Farage hits back at Sir Keir Starmer as he accuses Labour of inciting violence against Reform voters: ‘He’s unfit to be PM!’ |

Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has hit back at what he called “obsessive attacks” from Prime Minister Keir Starmer at Labour’s conference.

Mr Farage said he had “never before seen one individual so dominate” a rival party’s gathering, adding that Labour had launched “a constant attack” on him, his party and its policies.

The Reform UK leader accused Sir Keir Starmer and his Cabinet of “descending into the gutter” because they could not defeat Reform “on the arguments.”

He insisted his party would continue to push for deportations of illegal migrants, restricting benefits to British citizens only, and the removal of foreign criminals.

    Nigel Farage

Mr Farage claimed Labour had branded such positions “racist and immoral” accusing the Prime Minister of implying Reform voters and supporters were racist too.

Addressing that nation within minutes of the Labour conference ended, Nigel Farage said: “I don’t normally worry about abuse being thrown at me.

“I’ve got kind of used to it over the course of the last few years, but to accuse countless millions of being racist is a very, very low blow.

“Why? Well, this language will incite and encourage the radical left.

It is really very shocking to hear the government ministers say what Lammy said today. The PM should know better. The problem is their supporters are so active on other sites you can see how effective their remarks are. I think Nigel has a point: the government are making us easy prey for anyone anywhere, and I hope that it is possible to either sue them or make them retract every word, because come the next elections there will be trouble if they don’t. I wonder if they realise what they have done. It is one thing to lay into a party leader, but quite another to make the supporters feel at risk of trouble. All that flag waving, too: why? were they trying to say not all flag wavers are far right? To follow that up with the remarks they did, makes that a nonsense too

“I’m thinking of Antifa and other organisations like that. It directly threatens the safety of our elected officials and our campaigners, and, frankly, in the wake of the Charlie Kirk murder, I think this is an absolute disgrace.”

Mr Farage said that the Prime Minister’s speech at the conference was a last attempt to improve Labour’s position in the wake of Reform.

He said: “This is a desperate last throw of the dice from a Prime Minister who is in deep trouble. A Prime Minister who can’t even command the support of half of his own party, but, I’m sorry to say, I now believe that he is unfit to be the Prime Minister of our country.”

In his speech at the conference Mr Starmer said: “When was the last time that you heard Nigel Farage say anything positive about Britain’s future?

“He can’t. He doesn’t like Britain. Doesn’t believe in Britain. He wants you to doubt it as much as he does. So he resorts to grievance.”

The Reform UK leader said he was “not a vindictive person”, but his party will “teach Keir Starmer and the Labour Party a lesson” in the Welsh, Scottish and London elections next May.

He said: “We will teach Starmer a lesson next May, that British political history will never forget.

“I am now, as a result of this week, of the abuse that has been heaped upon our supporters and our voters, more determined than ever.

    “Don’t underestimate that.”

Mr Farage also said “Britain is broken and needs fixing”, and insisted his party has a positive vision for the future, claiming Labour’s conference has lacked vision.

He said: “We are going to continue, I’m sorry to say, economic, social and cultural decline.

“But Starmer is right about one thing, we are facing a big fork in the road.

“He is a human rights lawyer, he will bow down to foreign courts and to outdated treaties, and he has no idea of the division that open borders have caused within our communities, or indeed the anger and the sense of unfairness that people feel over two-tier policing and two-tier justice.”

Katie’s current boyfriend JJ Slater has said he’s worried about Katie and fears she’s “running herself into the ground”. Katie herself sparked concern after being unsure about why she’s undergone a dramatic weight loss. JJ echoed fans’ worries, as a source said: “JJ is terrified of her losing any more weight. It’s not an easy thing to sit back and watch your partner running themselves into the ground health-wise.”

Her family are said to be worried too: “JJ and Katie’s family think she is putting way too much pressure on herself. She’s been constantly on the move with tour shows, but isn’t right mentally or physically – something she knows deep down.”
