“STAY, Ginger” – ABC receives hundreds of petitions from viewers who don’t want GMA host Ginger Zee reporting from one of the most Dangerоus Places on Earth!
GOOD Morning America has had to replace Ginger Zee for its show on Monday as the meteorologist was absent.
The morning program brought in one of its other beloved meteorologists for the gig, while Ginger revealed the real reason she missed the broadcast.

About 20 minutes into GMA on Monday, Robin Roberts introduced the first main weather segment of the day.
It was then revealed there was a bit of a switch-up in the meteorologist line-up.
Robin said: “Let’s go to Somara Theodore, who’s in for Ginger.”
Somara, who joined ABC News as a meteorologist earlier this year, mainly covers the weekend weather on GMA.
As Ginger had her colleague temporarily filling in for her, the absent TV personality explained why she had to be out from the morning show.
The 42-year-old is currently working in Canada and is set to be there for another few days.
Ginger first teased her absence on Friday when she shared a photo of the new manicure she’d gotten for her trip.
In the caption, she wrote: “I’ll be on assignment next week to bring you a special story from Canada and we are hoping to see the northern lights!
“So, I’m willing them to us with my nail art. #aurora #northernlights #northernlightsnails #nailart #manicure”
On Sunday, Ginger posted a photo from the Edmonton International Airport as she made her way to her final destination.
“Almost there… one more flight …I’ll be on assignment in Canada’s Northwest Territories this week so hope you all stay safe and have a peaceful week,” she captioned the snapshot.
One fan commented: “Thanks GZ, see you on GMA,” to which she revealed she won’t be back on the morning show for another week.
On Monday, Ginger posted a photo from her assignment location of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada and revealed it’s only negative seven degrees Fahrenheit.
“Good morning from Canada’s Northwest Territories,” she wrote. “Have a safe and warm day. #canada #brrr.”
