Mum of five Stacey, 35, was up for two gongs at last week’s ceremony, with Sort Your Life Out nominated for Best Factual Entertainment show and the Loose Women panel of which she is part of also up for a shout.
Yet after coming home empty-handed, she launched into a huge rant on social media.
Her mates then revealed the “sacrifices behind the scenes” as they attempted to bat back criticism of the star, while her sister took a swipe at the Baftas ceremony.
Stacey’s BBC co-stars also rushed to her defence – yet the debacle prompted concern for the show’s future as a whole.
A source has now told OK! Magazine the drama has taken its toll on the Loose Women panelist and said: “The negative comments really upset her, she takes them to heart, she never wants to be seen as ungrateful, because she’s not.
“She’s a really hard worker and gives her all to everything, so it’s devastating when it doesn’t pay off, and it understandably makes her worry.”
They added: “The fear of ‘Could I lose it all too? Could it all be over?’ is always there to some extent.”
They then told how her family had her back and would support her doing “what she does best.”
The Sun has gone to Stacey’s rep for comment for comment.
Her concerns came as the parent also admitted “regrets” over her new reality show with husband Joe Swash.

In a clip posted to her Instagram page last week, Stacey told of her “upset and devastation” that her BBC home makeover show didn’t take home a gong.
The series, which began airing in 2021, had been shortlisted in the Factual Entertainment category but ultimately lost to Rob and Rylan’s Grand Tour.
Although Stacey offered congratulations to Rylan Clark and Rob Rinder, she made it clear how disappointed she felt.
She vented from her garden while dressed down in a green Nike sweatshirt and blue cycling shorts.
Stacey Solomon’s career so far

Stacey Solomon has been a familiar face on viewers’ screens for over a decade. Let’s take a look back at her career.
The X Factor (2009): Stacey competed in series six of long-running ITV singing competition The X Factor. During her time in the show, she was mentored by Danni Minogue in the ‘Girls’ category. The star finished in third place, behind Joe McElderry and Olly Murs.
I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here (2010); In late 2010, Stacey headed to the infamous I’m A Celeb Aussie jungle. After 21 days, she triumphed to win the tenth series. It was through I’m A Celeb that she met future husband Joe Swash – who’d won two years earlier and was hosting the ITV2 spinoff.
Celebrity Juice (2011―2013, 2016―2019): The star appeared as a panellist on 21 episodes of the comedy panel game show hosted by Keith Lemon. Stacey was a regular in the 21st series, broadcast in 2019.
Loose Women (2016 – present): Stacey has been a permanent panel member of the daytime show since 2016. She previously made guest appearances in 2011 and 2012.
Sort Your Life Out (2022 -present): This BBC show sees Stacey, with the help of an expert team, transform participants’ living spaces after removing clutter.
She told her followers: “We didn’t win a Bafta. And I know I’m supposed to take it gracefully like a champ but, I’ll be honest, I’m devastated!
“I’m not handling it very well, I’m not taking it very gracefully – I’m devastated! I’m devastated for our whole team, like I’m so gutted for our team.”
Stacey added: “Everyone got dressed up and was really hopeful, I think because they work so hard. It’s not an easy show to make… and they so deserve the Bafta.
“The Sort Your Life Out team deserved a Bafta and I’m devastated.
“I’m not saying that everyone else didn’t deserve their Baftas, they absolutely did… but I’m just gutted for my whole Sort Your Life Out family because I feel like they deserved a Bafta. I’m gonna say it – I’m gutted!”
Explaining the effort involved in producing the show, Stacey described how much is packed into each episode, continuing: “We’ll pack up a house and within seven days that house is packed up, into vans, over to a warehouse, laid out on the floor.
“We go through it meticulously, we make sure it doesn’t just get chucked away.
“We donate, we recycle, we resell things. We put it all back and try and put it in systems to help families move forward…”
As she waved a garden hose in the air, Stacey ended her video with a defiant: “I’m gutted!” But she also praised her team and said they’re ready to throw themselves into the next series.
“We’re going to give it our all for series six,” she concluded.
