Celebrity Big Brother star Chris Hughes emotionally compared JoJo Siwa to his ex Jesy Nelson as he reflected on their close friendship.

The former Love Island star, 32, was the first star to be evicted from the house during the grand final and hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best wasted no time on grilling him on his bond with the singer, 21.

And during his exit chat, Chris compared JoJo to Jesy as he chatted about their closeness, with the pair having raised eyebrows with their raise eyebrows ‘flirty’ friendship.

He said: ‘JoJo was like a pure rock to me. She was someone that I could have fun with. That to me was a beautiful friendship. She said to me last night you’re someone in my life I didn’t know I needed.’

Breaking down in tears, Chris continued: ‘She reminded me a lot of… The thing that fascinates me the most about her is not the things she’s done, it’s what she’s been through when she was a teenager and that’s similar to what my ex-girlfriend went through.

‘Seeing how they are both similarly as… in the respect that she’s come through a lot and she’s just a purely nice person. The similarity is in the personality. How nice they are, how loving they are and how caring they are.’

Both Jesy and JoJo found fame at a young age, with JoJo propelled to stardom as a child on Dance Moms, while Jesy was just 20 when she won the X Factor with Little Mix.

Elsewhere, JoJo, who finished in third place, discussed her close bond with Chris as she gushed: ‘Chris is in my life for forever now, I’m so incredibly grateful for him. He’s helped me get through my hard times in this house.’

The star described her pal as ‘more than a friend’ and revealed they already have plans to play tennis together on Sunday.

It comes after Danny Beard warned Chris and JoJo to ‘f*** or stop’ while they were getting cosy in the hot tub on Wednesday night.

During the recent live stream, the Drag Race star, 32, hilariously made their feelings known about their relationship.

The comment came as Chris and JoJo were re-enacting a scene from Titanic in the hot tub, with the dancer reciting the line: ‘Never let go Jack’.

Then, Danny chimed in with: ‘You two need to f*** or stop. And your bird’s about to f****** pull you when you get out.’

In his first exclusive interview, Jack told AJ and Will that he is ‘blown away’ by his victory and ‘didn’t expect it’ – instead he had JoJo Siwa ‘nailed’ as the winner.

Talking about how he went from the most-nominated housemate to the winner, the soap star admitted: ‘I figured that I might annoy a few people and they might not know how to work me out but I guess I was liked by the end.’

But before Jack’s interview, Drag Race star Danny exited the iconic house after being revealed as the second-place star.
