Danny Dyer didn’t hold back his true feelings on Prime Minister Keir Starmer as he branded him a “b*** e**.”
The EastEnders icon laid into Starmer during his expletive filled rant at the BRIT Awards. He was joined by host Jack Whitehall who sat down with a chat with him and made a refence to his latest film and described it as Bridget Jones, before using the word c***. It ended up turning political as Jack asked: “Who is the c*** of the year?” Danny replied: “Keir Starmer” and said the world being ran by b*** e****.”

The moment had to be bleeped out of ITV’s coverage, with just parts of the rant being heard by viewers. In 2018, Stormzy hit back at the then-Prime Minister Theresa May when he slipped in a verse about the Grenfell Tower fire. Speaking for the people, he rapped: “Yo, Theresa May, where’s the money for Grenfell? What, you thought we just forgot about Grenfell. You’re criminals, and you got the cheek to call us savages? You should do some jail time, you should pay some damages.”

It wasn’t the first time Danny caused issues for show bosses during the night as he was muted when presenting the International Song of the Year award. Chappell Roan won the award for her track Good Luck Babe! but she was not in attendance. Viewers at home watching the show on ITV heard multiple bleeps as they tuned in. However, The Mirror revealed exactly what Danny said to get him to be beeped. He told those in the O2 Arena tonight: “She couldn’t be f***ed to be here,” before introducing a video message from Chappell.
BRIT fans were left scratching their heads during other chats with Danny as he was spotted sitting next to a ‘horse’. A woman wearing a horse mask was seated next to actor Danny and s made several appearances throughout the show on ITV1. Her unusual appearance left many viewers taking to social media.

One fan queried: “Is that a horse next to Danny Dyer?” while another asked: “Why was there a horse at the Brits? ! Who even was that? !” A third questioned: “Who the hell is that with the horse face?” One viewer joked: “It’s highly likely Danny Dyer bringing a horse to the Brit Awards won’t even make the top five of weirdest things to happen tonight #BRITs2025”. The mystery person turned out to be German DJ and singer HorsegiirL, who conceals her identity behind a horse head mask.
The singer-songwriter attended the Brit Awards in a striking red dress for the special occasion. Her 2023 single My Barn My Rules became a massive hit after it gained popularity on TikTok.
